Avion Hotel

Our 2nd room, after changing from a smoky room, was very large, and clean.

Our 1st room smelled a lot like smoke (despite a no smoking policy).2nd room was nicer, but when we woke up in the morning there was water on the floor from a leaky air-conditioner. The wifi did not work on the 2nd fl. There was no food available there

It was incredibly loud until about 1 am with the bar across the street. We also did not have hot water during our stay. I would stretch to consider this a 3 star hotel at best.

Nice sized rooms. The friendliest & sweetest lady working breakfast!

Rude staff, outdated bathroom, airport shuttle advertised, but staff stated they no longer offer that service.

The room was clean and quiet.

I didn't get the double bed I selected. I got 2 single beds.I didn't get the free airport shuttle. When I asked about it, they told me, there is none.The staff did not know any english and seemed to struggle. Maybe they were understaffed.

It was not a high rise, near the airport.

Had booked for 2 adults and a 7 year old, all other hotels we have stayed at had a towel for our child, but when asked for an extra towel, it took several phones calls and a call over the radio to final get a towel, I know small item, but really. Also no big in either the kitchen area or bedroom, on,y a small bin the bathroom with no lid etc. No cleaning items for you to wash up dishes etc in the kitchen area, no price list for mini bar, not that we used it. Also we had a friend visit our room, one very large cockroach, which I was able to dispose of after chasing it in the room.

Close to airport as I was only in Thailand overnight.Big clean room.Selected this place as had a pool.Short safe walk of a few hundred metres for good food and cold beer

Pool could have been cleaner.Free shuttle to airport was advertised but I had to pay for taxi to airport, but was only 100 baht anyway.

location is good if flying the next day. It’s close to the airport. Wifi was very poor. Staff was helpful.

The staff were very friendly and the property met our expectations. The property is also close to various cheap eating options. Nothing fancy just local eateries.

Our only disappointment was we had opted for a shuttle bus from airport and we couldn’t locate so we got a taxi instead. On way back to the airport we got another taxi and we’re stuck in traffic. So give yourself ample time when heading back to the airport. The pool could have been cleaner.

Proximity to the airport is good and the breakfast was very nice. Pool clean and cool after a hot day and completely in shade, which is great if you don't want to sunbathe, which I don't, but others might be disappointed. Also there is no restaurant or bar despite what the description says, so apart from breakfast you need to go out for food. Can highly recommend the Kota cafe/bar just over the main road which was excellent.

Reception staff spoke little English bar one, and it seemed to take three of them to do anything. It was really hard to find the place as the link on booking.com is completely wrong and our taxi driver had never heard of it. He tried to phone them several times but no one answered the phone.

Near to the Airport

they offered free water in the room. But when I threw away the glass bottle I had to pay for it. unbelievable

Maid lady is very friendly and helpful.

There is only one building has luggage cart and the way to access. The other is not. There are just has steps so it’s kind of difficult to take big heavy suitcase to get in and out of the building. Room doesn’t have microwave as it shows up on a photo.

I arrived late and someone was at the counter to check me out.
