The staff was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time in Bangkok. So we had lots to learn. The staff was instrumental in us having a great time. Getting around town, calling tour companies with our lack of Thai language became doable with the staff

Good location

There is always some traffic noise and the rooms were smaller than expected.

I loved our stay at Hotel Ordinary Bangkok. I booked two rooms for my family and had a great time - the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love how convenient the location of the hotel is. Rooms are very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Bangkok.

Close to all the good places like night market, the Train station, it’s just so convenient when you. An just walk 6-10 minutes and you are at the market already

Susie (which we were told is the supervisor has no Customer service skills. Our niece were not feeling well, dizzy one night we got back. My sister ask Susie if she could get us a towel and maybe ice pack and she said “go get the towel in your room”, dismissed my sister and didn’t even bother to see if my niece was okay. She was rude. She started talking to another staff with her language. As a supervisor, she should have at least came out from the desk, approached my niece and ask what can she do to help. But none of that happened. What a shame because I could have put a 10 as my score. She ruined that.

Great location, walking distance to Ratchaprarop station and Centralworld. Staff are welcoming and professional. Hotel has cafe, pool, and pantry. Room has city views, big TV, fridge, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes, towels, shampoo, soap. Pantry/kitchen has kitchen utensils, microwave, free water, biscuits, and noodles. Hotel is clean and well maintained in a safe location. Highly recommended and would love to stay again.

Shower has no partition or curtain so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Storage space is small.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were attentive and quick to respond whenever I had questions or requests, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, the amenities were excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

it is very accessible to BTS, near to platinum mall for shopping, near to night market. It has a pool which I was looking forward.

We stayed for 4 days, Nice big comfortable bed, fridge with plenty water, good A/C, very clean facility, no breakfast but they have coffee to purchase and a kitchen that you can bring your food to eat, silvers and plates are avaliable. 7 eleven is around the corner, Staff was friendly, and i gave a little low score because of the wrong photo advertising. For the price, it is a fair hotel. Airport rail 3 minutes away, we could enjoy it if we had a window.

We got a room with no windows, which is not what we booked on booking.com. They need to change the room photo in booking.com. whoever is in charge, We couldn't upgrade the room either. Room had a painting smell every time we entered, but after AC is on, it was okay.

Hotel is around 5-10 minute walk to and from the Airport Railway.If you are an avid fan of walking around the city, you may walk from here towards Pratunam Market, Platinum and Central World (around 1km).

The hotel is ok and the staff is nice. Great coffee too. It’s ok for 1-2 nights but would not stay there longer as our room at least had coated windows so we couldn’t look outside - it’s like being in a box without windows

Rooms were very small and when we asked to upgrade to a bigger room we were told it was the only size they do! Staff were friendly and it was nice to have free water for the whole of our stay.

Great staff in reception and by the door. Helped me to my room and carried my bag. Very close by Skytrain and 7-eleven.

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean.

The bathroom was small and the door position made it a bit uncomfortable - it was necessary to close the door to have free space near the washbasin.

Quite modern hotel,free drinking water, free toast/jam and coffee in the kitchen area, friendly staff.

We stayed in the hotel two nights and one day in between and on this day,there was no electricity (due to some works) from 9am to 5pm (which means no AC,no lifts( and we had a room at the 4th floor),no lights in the room (but the rooms are very dark,etc. We got the information regarding no electricity at the night we arrived-so to late to make a new booking, we had to pay the whole price for the room,without any discount.We also find the water in the swimming pool not clean (milky colour),although the swimming area and the rooms were clean.

The beds, the pillows, the linens were extremely confortables. The staff is lovely, super helpful. The community kitchen is also great. We werent expecting being able to cook fresh eggs in the mornings. What a great surprise! The other very convenient thing is the access to the metro direct to the airport.

The rooms are very tiny. I mean it’s ok, and it’s Bangkok, but it was smaller than expected.
