Friendly staff, clean room, good value for money

Need to improve your hotel staff. Reception must speak english clearly and fluently

Air conditioner almost was broken. Sometimes it was really hot or cold. Please update air conditioners

A lot of shops within walking distance. Bed is comfortable.

Lovely staff that were accomodating and saved my forgotten headphones (thank you!). Clean. No need card for electricity.

Hot water and microwave is only at reception, but good enough. Some people might not like BTS is not super close.

Location in very good area off the main road in quiet cup de sac , convenient stores nearby . Bed comfortable, hit shower

The room wasn't the way I expected it to be, the TV was broken 'blurry' couldn't even see the pictures. It was a mess, the price is too high for that room. I'm very disappointed.

At least you get a bed. a fridge, water bottles and a good staff

If you are looking for a good night's sleep look elsewhere. Traffic noise from the main street is 24 hours and is amplified by the narrow cul de sac the hotel is situated on. Plus the late night bikers across the alley revving their engines at 3am doesn't make for a restful retreat. Reception staff faces were long enough that they were dragging on the floor. Generally disinterested in anything about you and more focused on what is on their phone / computer. No greeting. No goodbye, thank you for coming. Guests seem to be more of a nuisance than a lifeblood. But the price and location make up for it somewhat. Rooms could do you with a touch up also. The solidified hair grease on the bed wall is a nice touch, along with the scuffed, cracking wall paint and views of neighbors across the alley.

Quick checkin, pleasant friendly staff. Comfy bed. Nice little sitting area downstairs with free coffee etc.

I was woken at 1am by a yappy dog across the soi. A plastic bag water bomb silenced him. In the morning, staff very kindly moved me to a room on the other side. Where there were no towels. I was told "housekeeping have sent all to laundry". ffs! A hotel without towels? Never heard of that, but I improvised with a bedsheet .........

Value for money was great, the room was a very cheap price and good quality, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is great, as it is on a side street, it could be difficult to exit onto the main road as traffic in Bangkok is very busy, but this was expected.

There were many bugs found around the room, we reported this to the lady in reception and she advised she would send someone to clean this first thing in the morning, which was great. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves, which was a personal preference as we didn't want to sleep with the bugs in the room. This was the only bad thing I would say about this hotel, but would still recommend to anyone who is looking for a good value for money hotel in the heart of bangkok.

The staff there is very friendly, I was there for my second time and will be back again!

I think overall with the price it comes with. Its a wonderful facility and super comfortable.

I guess the fact that it's TV cable connection didn't work and also that it had a stale smell when I first checked in.
