Staff is very kind and very helpful. Room was very clean. The rooftop pool is an oasis in the busy city of bangkok. A great place to stay for a night or for a week. Two thumbs up!!!!!

The buffet breakfast was varied, lovely.

The Main Street was hard to cross and very busy. But didn’t impact the noise in our room, fortunately.

It is a very clean hotel very close to Chatuchak market and nearby shopping malls. Rooftop pool is enough for swimming and clean. Staff is very helpful all time and their English level is excellent. They also provide smoking at the balcony rooms at the top floor which is very convenient for smokers. There are many restaurants and bars just across the street via bridge.

closest convenient store is 300-400mt far. There is nothing to do in walking distance so not good for morning walkers before breakfast

The 3 rd times I come in this hotel for 6 months. It was my best stay. So calm and the staff are so kind and welcoming ?. I wish you the best. 3 times there. 3 times 10/10.

Excellent location for food - massive locals market on the other side of the road each weekday morning and a large evening night market every night a short 5 minute walk away - near to villa market.

No additional time flexibility for the checkout.No restaurant for Lunch and dinner.Not changing bed spread and pillow cover.Restaurant closed exactly at 10am, customers eating breakfast are repeatedly told to hurry up at 10am.No travel desk to support, staff are unaware city to support for local site seeing

This was hands down the best hotel we had during our stay in Bangkok. The staff was so nice and solved anything we asked for within minutes. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and had many options to choose from. Would definitely use this hotel again if I'd ever go back to Bangkok

My stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and the rooftop pool very nice. Very close to a few big malls and the Chatuchak market. Tuk tuk service to the train station. Breakfast was superb! I will definitely stay there again!!

Room 216Very nice business type hotel with huge room which also had a lovely big bathroom and shower. It was very clean with good facilities. The staff were excellent. Although we think it’s in a good position that was mainly because we only stayed one night and over the other side of the road was a great set of bars and restaurants. Locals mainly with excellent food options. The hotel provides a shuttle tuk tuk service to the nearest BTS station. Don’t know which one as we didn’t make use of it. We would definitely return if needing an overnight stay.

Good breakfast, near a train station, free tuktuk to train station, good pool, very good staff! Next time when im in bangkok ain definitly going to northgate.

This is not a 4 star hotel, not in terms of facilities and not in terms of servics.. we checked in late for the corner room(which is a bit of an upgrade).. the smell was in the room was awfull, the AC didn't work until 1 am and the balcony had the AC engine in it and not even a chair..and with all that happened, the staff really didn't care. they were willing to downgrade our room to a studio room but nothing more.i would not recommend

Located at a too busy avenue with not so many restaurants around. The food of the hotel wasn’t tasty.. the swimming pool was not very cosy and not much shade to relax
