I had a great 3-night stay at KC Place Hotel Pratunam. The location is excellent—just steps from the Pratunam market and close to the airport rail link. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. A good choice for convenient and budget-friendly accommodation in Bangkok.

The stay was very comfortable overall. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet lane, well removed from the busy streets of the Pratunam area. The highlight is its location—Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market are just a 10–15 minute walk away. Additionally, Ratchaprarop, a key station on Bangkok’s Airport Rail Link (ARL), is located right outside the lane, making airport transfers and daily commuting extremely convenient.

Close to the spa, restaurants and shoppings

Hotel's location is a five minutes walk from metro station and ten to fifteen minutes walk to central world and Big C. Staff were nice and kind and would help you out if you have questions or tour you want to take. Hotel is a value for money.

We did not appreciate the 1,000-baht damage deposit for the “room check”. It is mentioned in the notes, but it should be made much more visible before booking. We also had to complain at reception because the room we were given was not the type we had booked; only after that did they change it. The cleanliness was not great, everything looked old, and the balcony was completely unusable, so it would be better not to mention it at all. They also ask for the deposit receipt in order to return the money, so make sure you do not lose it or they may not give it back. It even felt like an attempt to take more money from you. Ants in the bed.

Very close location for shopping malls and transportation facilities. And very clean relaxing place.

There wasn’t a lift for going 1 st floor from the lobby. We have to climb stairs with our baggage.Also bathroom were little bit smaller.

Everyone likes a welcoming reception desk. The lady who received us didn’t even look at us. Also I communicated before checking in about alteration dates knowing that the answer could be NO as my booking didn’t have free cancellation. The management didn’t even bother to reply a NO. Bring ur own shampoo, tea, coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay at KC Hotel. It's in a great location, just a short walk to the night market, plenty of places to eat, 7/11, and Watsons. Even tho it's close to the busy streets, it's quiet inside the hotel. The bed was very confy and the pillows were just right, not too high, so my neck felt fine. The room was spacious and clean which made it even more relaxing. Breakfast was good with enough choices and everything we tried was tasty. Wifi really good. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The shampoo and shower gel are two in one, so if you have long hair, you will need to buy conditioner because it will not be enough. The toothpaste provided is also very small, so we ended up buying our own.

Strategic location - just a stone throw to the nearest Airlink that took us straight to Suvarnabumi Airport (The Airlink was also cost-efficient!), lots of convenient stores, massage parlours, restaurants & most importantly, within walking distance to Platinum Mall - a shopping haven! Across the hotel, we had one of the most amazing foot & body massage!

Furnitures are quite old but I wouldn't complain much as the services are just top-notch. They didn't seem to have daily housekeeping services but I'm sure the hotel can provide this easily upon request. Room was also spot-clean.

It was clean

They didn't have the parking lot, so I had to go far to park my car and pay for the parking. Also, they charged me for breaking the intrance door sensor. It was too loose. I came back late at night and tried to open it, I pulled it took out.

Location is great, massage place right outside the lobby. Service is excellent. Def going back to stay here again.

They try to give us a stinky smoking room,,

Quiet location but still near all the great shopping locations. The bed was comfortable, room was big and the aircon worked great. The staff were very kind and not intruding.

The TV channels were not that great and with a bad reception. The breakfast choices were not that great. There was no coffee offered in the rooms.
