The elevators are in a sorry state of disrepair.

Conveniently located, friendly staffs (a little more than necessary but for the training etc.). I really like the check-in at the lobby area reducing the chaos situation at the front desk counter. Superb management & detail-oriented. Breakfasts are great.

A bit too many trainees, unpleasant odor in the elevators early in the morning, but left the message for the hotel to figure it out. Nevertheless, Le Bua are still one of the best hotels in Bangkok.

Really nice hotel on the river in Bangkok! The rooms are very spacious. The staff are helpful. The restaurants and rooftop bars are so nice! The daily breakfast and happy hour are great. We loved the view! The location was nice near the river. It was easy to get taxis or tuk tuks to the sights.

You pay for the view and quality at the restaurants and bars. It would be nice if there was a low-cost option for a drink. The rooms are a little dated.

Extremely helpful staff, attends to everyone need. Very proactive. Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfasts.

Made us wait an hour for our room even though we checked in right at check in time.

We used Booking.com to book Tower Club at Lebua which stated we would get club rooms from the 53rd to 59th floor. We were treated with contempt while checking in and given a room on the 51st floor. A clear breach of contract that Booking.com refuses to remedy. Never use Booking.com they lie and mislead and are almost impossible to reach. Garbage organisation.

Room was dirty and dated, no charging stations.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, staff warm and welcoming, and the view of the river from the 56th floor was breathtaking. The room was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed, including a living area, kitchen, and a large luxury bathroom.

The hotel is fantastic. Our room was huge, we also had a kitchen and a living room. A bedroom with a huge bed, a balcony and a beautiful view of the city and the river. There are several elevators and they all work very quickly. The food was delicious. The restaurants on the roof are fantastic. Drinks are a little more expensive than in the city but it's worth experiencing once in a lifetime.

We stayed twice during the last month at this hotel and we loved being there. Definitely we will be staying there on our next trip to Bangkok.We entered the hotel early in the morning and were immediately welcomed by the front duty manager, Ms. Toodtu and her excellent team. Ms Toodtu and her staff made our whole stay very pleasant indeed, we got the feeling that they were genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. Thanks to the bellboy Mr. Ace who provided invaluable help with our very heavy luggage.The suite which we stayed in was a two bedroom corner unit on an upper floor with a brilliant view of the Bangkok skyline which was especially great at night. The suite gave us access to the lovely lounge on the 52nd floor where the staff continued to pamper us.A word about the breakfast, which even by the high standard of Bangkok five star hotels, was truly exceptional.Once again, our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Toodtu and her staff for their outstanding hospitality. We cannot wait until our next Bangkok trip to stay again at your lovely hotel.Nese and David Horn.

Very professional and helpful staff, smooth checkin and out, fantastic view of Bangkok and specially the river. Breakfast had a lot of variety and everything was fresh, specially bakery products.

We stayed for just 1 night for the weekend and has a fantastic experience. Check-in was private quick and smooth. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony on 58th floor was absolutely stunning. The lounge on 52nd floor was good in the afternoon, also the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful making us feel welcome. We will come definitely back here.

There was a small confusion in the carpark we mistakenly parked on P5 instead of the hotel designated basement carpark. The area leading to the hotel reception could be improved for smoother arrival experience.
