Lilac Relax Residence

The cleanliness and operational for an older building. Also free snacks and drinks.

Honestly, I liked everything.

Kind and friendly staff that go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.?shuttling at any time of the day or night to the the airport !!

Easy location to and from the airport. Airport Shuttle was great, even early morning.

Bathroom doors could be seen through and main door has a lot of light bleed through. Air conditioner worked but didn?t cool down as much as I wanted.

Helpful and friendly staff. Made arrangements to pick us up at the airport and they were there waiting when we arrived. Also helped with local transportation information: busses, train, etc. A+ people.

Proximity to the airport was great, for coming or going. Room and hotel were quiet, staff was very good and accommodating. There was an elevator.

No good eating places close by, only street food. Good for flying in or out, but not for more than a night.

Location, close to Bkk airport, the pickup from the airport was prompt as well as the drop off to the airport.

Hard mattress, skimpy breakfast, only instant coffee available, no butter for bread.

The staff and service level at the Lilac Relax Residence are top notch. I wouldn't spend a vacation here, but this is the perfect overnight spot near the BKK airport. We stay here regularly and would highly recommend it.

The staff at the hotel and the pick up/ drop off service. The concierge was waiting for me when I arrived and I had to leave from the station while leaving the hotel. Both were done to perfection. The front desk staff paid great attention to my needs.

The internet was very slow.

I loved how close the hotel is to the airport and how helpful the staff was during our stay. Plus the beds were reasonably soft and the room was quiet.

Airport shuttle and accommodating staff

Cost

No hot water

Great value and very convenient for a first night in Bangkok

Staff are really nice and helpful. The room is good. There is no lift in another building but staff help us with our luggages.

less parking lot

The facility owner manages the front desk. Location is perfect for those overnighting in Bangkok, 10 minutes from the airport. The room was clean, and the airport shuttle was convenient.

Very convenient location. After long hours of travel the shuttle and short drive and nice worry free travel to property was welcomed

The bed was a little hard for my preference

Smooth transfer to and from the airport, which was critical for us during a stopover stay. The room was spacious and clean.

The room was quite noisy due to landing/starting airplanes, it was quite basic and unfortunately WiFi in our building didn’t work during our stay which apparently was a temporary issue which could not be fixed immediately during New Year.

Near the airport with reasonably priced shuttle service. It is excellent value for money. Snacks and drinks (non-alcohol) are provided free of charge. There is a 7-eleven just around the corner.

My inly gripe after staying twice is the the pillows are over-stuffed and much too firm for me.

Good sized room convenient to BKK airport. Helpful staff and no shuttle issues in the middle of the night.

Couple of basic restaurants in the area, but selection is very limited

It was only a 5 minute drive from the airport, perfect for catching a short night's sleep between flights! The room was clean and nicely airconditioned, the beds very comfortable, and the toilet and shower clean. With the airport so close, of course there was a bit of noise from the planes, but it was quite muffled and didn't disturb our sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful.I would definitely stay here again.

The wait for the transfer to arrive was very long, so if you're on a tight schedule you may be better off grabbing an available taxi outside. The transfer back to the airport was right on time, however!

Close to the airport with shuttle services. Very useful for a one night in between flights. Personnel was very helpful and used to people arriving any time of the night and leaving any time of day, really made the experience better. The room has all you need and more, and is clean. Would recommend for a short night between flights.

Location is not great, but we were not here for sightseeing. The person calling the shuttle for you at the airport wasn't very helpful - they were probably bored to be there, but we had to actively look for them because they were hidden a bit further away from the hotel sign for the pickup. But again, that was still a good place for a single night, and I would recommend.
