Hotel staff was nasty and rude. False advertisement about a hotel shuttle. Pool was closed the first day I arrived. No hot water

The location is perfect and it is perhaps what you want when visiting Bangkok. The hotel is situated in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from Sukhumvit's nightlife and entertainment district. You get the best of both worlds: easy access to all the action while enjoying a peaceful environment to return to at night.The room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were in excellent condition.The staff are genuinely attentive and kind. I accidentally lost 500 baht from my pocket somewhere in the hotel, and one of the receptionists found it and returned it to me the next day. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but this act of honesty impressed me and speaks about the staff integrity.The hotel is very close to Nana BTS station, making it incredibly convenient to move around Bangkok. The location is also excellent for taxi pickups.

TV channels, use of remote control difficult.Not many facilities at the hotel compared to the price.

The location was ok but the neighborhood was surrounded by sexual workers, so it’s something to take in consideration

My third stay and my new favourite hotel in BKK. Quiet soi, close to station, but separate from nightlife areas. Wonderful pool area especially at sunset/evening.

Friendly and discreet service. Went out of their way to help get laundry done quickly. Restaurant staff attentive and remembered my room no. and breakfast order after the first morning. Pool area in the evening is gorgeous.

Great location, the staff were really nice, and the room was excellent.

The gym was a bit disappointing.

Decent hotel, very simple. It‘s clean so that‘s the most important. Breakfast was good. Little gym was good enough.

The price is a bit high so I expected a bit more luxury for that. It‘s quite central but the neighborhood is not the nicest.

Very Good Location, can walk around for Coffee, Beer and Public transport. i would give it a 10/10 for location, convenience. Very close to the party area, one street across, bonus is the room is quite sound proof so best thing ever.

Room was clean, so were bedsheets. However the bathroom could have been better, the corners had lot of dirt and showed carelessness before moving in a new guest.

I liked the location of the hotel , it was in sukumvit area ...which was very happening on the city.

Lot of things I don't like about the hotel .1.service , the reception staff were not even helpful enough to send plates and cutlery to the room when asked for, instead I was told to get it myself by going to the top floor cafeteria.And don't deliver the food bought from outside to the room. Simply ,...not much helpful with the service .2. Size of the room , rooms were very small and almost felt a bit suffocating .

Modern, stylish, well maintained and clean hotel with no children. Mostly European expats or local expats. Quiet end of the Soi, with easy access to eateries and entertainment.

Stunning rooms staff was great. Location is special, it’s very close to everything.
