I was really shocked to get such type of pathetic behaviour
staff behaviour was very disappointing. every thing you will get after arguing with them even they didn’t interested to give you any water after breakfast, asking to pay bill for water. after arguing they agreed. there is no window for your room. we took 3 rooms got window for 1 room. you shouldn’t stay there with family. their owner’s behaviour was really fine but staff behaviour was very much bad.

Not a good experience. Claimed it was not their fault. After far too long a wait to sort this out, I agreed to stay at a sister hotel which was ok but not in an easy to find location and further from the centre, which is why I had made the original booking. Not ideal.

Having stayed at this hotel over many years when in bkk,, the place and room in need of refurbishment. A good clean would be beneficial Toilet had blood stains on the wall from a previous visitor

Friendly bartender at the hotel's bar who was happy to chat and play decent music. This is always a big plus! I also turned up at 9am and to my surprise I was able to check in immediately, despite check-in not normally starting until 2pm. This was at no extra cost, so I'm really appreciative of this. Cleaning ladies were also super friendly and funny!WiFi was also very strong and easy to access throughout the building.Finally, I noticed that the hotel has some long-term guests, which is always a sign of a well-run hotel, especially in a major city like Bangkok.

Liked the location ( amazing, nearby nightlife, 7 eleven shop next to hotel which is great, bts very close), staff was very kind and helpful for a traveler. Room size was nice, big shower too
The noise at night (window not totally closed >> small hole which means more noise goes through), also the curtain cant hide all light. And the shower had very instable heating (goes from hot to cold to hot every minute...) whereas im not changing temperature.

It was OK but I normally stay in the Novo tel in soi 4 Sukhumvit Bangkok however its now an ASQ Hotel. The towels at Heaven@4 could do with being replaced! Car parking was available but was around 500m ++ away from the hotel down a small street (Soi). The Hotel has some promotions running currently running, I told the Hotel the promotions were far too expensive. Currently just about all Hotels In Thailand are really struggling for Business and I cannot see that improving any time soon. The road (Soi 4 Sukhumvit) is in a real mess due to many road works. On Top of that several Hotels are closed due to Covid 19 pandemic. 16 day quarantine is still in place in Thailand (Its not 14 days as keeps being reported!!! I know 16 days is the real number as I completed in July and my friends just completed in November 2020!
Towels require replacement ASAP and possibly bed linen. Two pillows are provided but when asked the Hotel provided two more. Personally I prefer one of those do not disturb signs that can be hung on the door.....They need to upgrade the room entry system and provide guest with two room entry cards and of course charging 1,000 baht deposit up to 3 day stay and 2000 baht for a longer stay!
