Friendly staff, clean and good location

Overall a very nice hotel. Off a side street so it is nice and quiet. Rooms were big, had cute themes and comfy beds.

Nothing negative to comment.

My friend and I ended up booking 2 separate rooms, she did the family suite and I did the double room. Both were comfortable and clean and the family suite was a great way for us to hangout without feeling cramped. The family suite was also super cute in the way it's styled and the TV can rotate to be in both the living room and bedroom which my friend was maybe too excited about lol. The staff were all very lovely and the breakfast was excellent. There's a free shuttle during the day/evening to Terminal 21 which is very handy as the location is a bit of a walk away from the main road.

Only minor criticism would be the location being not the most walkable especially after a long day of exploring, but still easily 10 minutes to get somewhere for a bite to eat and then maybe 15 minutes to the main road if you don't use the shuttle. Wouldn't keep me from staying there again.

Very friendly and attentive team. excellent coffee. The cafe/lobby was nice and quiet and there were work stations to get some work done. The room served our needs.

The rooms needed a bit of a renovation. Only one plug in the room worked. The rest popped out a few seconds afger plugging in a charger. In the room the soaps werent full and there was little toilet paper. This was sorted upon request. The standard room were a bit small.

Breakfast was decent and location was also good (although it's still a 10-15 mins walk to the nearest BTS)

The design of the shower room is totally exposed to the bedroom (extremely cold if air conditioning is on) with only one door for either the toilet or shower so might be awkward if there is another person staying with you.

I loved this hotel! It's cozy and clean, the staff are so amazing and the bed was the most comfortable I slept in! Plus the location is very central too. My room was huge! The breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch.

I just loved my stay here. The staff make this boutique hotel feel so warm and homey ??? The coffe and breakfast are lovely and they offer a free shuttle to the sky trains until 7pm!

Could have used a plug by the bed but if that’s the only thing then no complaintes.

Nice hidden little gem that was still quite central to everything. Staff were welcoming and accomodating.

Absolutely aesthetically pleasing rooms. One of the finest rooms I've stayed at. The gentaleman at the recption was extremely polite and helpful. Lovely decor inside the room and super clean. Location was ideal and extremely safe at night for travelling alone.

Yolo Hotel's got a huge room, perfect for our 3-person sister trip! Tons of space, free tuk-tuk to Terminal 21, free ice cream – awesome! No elevator, but a guy helped us with our bags to the top floor. Bathroom's great, huge bathtub. Breakfast in bed – delicious! TV with movies and music, and the AC is perfect.

Gotta close the door, or we'll be overrun by mosquitoes. But hey, I can always grab some repellent. These slippers are huge, but my feet are tiny, so it's all good.

Location was brilliant, close to the sky train but also not on a main road so not much noise. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

We always come back here when in Bangkok. A sanctuary that feels like home in the heart of Sukhumvit but tucked away from the hubbub. Quirkily tasteful with wonderful staff.

Water leaks in bathroom,but repaired and fixed by a. professional plumber.

Netflix. In room bath tub. Friendly service. There is the wow breakfast and that desert.

The walk in from the station is....a little longer than expected

Where to begin? The entire experience was great, from breakfast to staff, to hygiene and quality. The swimming pool is a fine addition, either to kickstart your day or to relax after a day of exploration.The location is absolutely worth it. It's the old part of town, so you will have a more authentic experience by exploring the neighbourhood, and you're close to many of BKK's highlights. Absolutely recommended!

The staff very welcoming. Nice touch with the ice cream on arrival. Room lovely and clean. Everything fine.

Didn't have a lift but no problem for me.
