The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

There is an unpleasant smell when you first walk in near the lift. The room is huge, but there is no cutlery, bowls, or dishes. The kitchen has nothing you need. The room is very old and needs updating. Bath can not use ( 23-27 december)

The only good part was Ann in the lobby restaurant. We ate dinner there every night and she made it pleasant and comfortable. The front office manager also helped us with a better/ cleaner room otherwise we could not stay there.

Filthy. Loads of bugs, roaches, stains on walls, tubs, shower doors, linen, Stains and mold around sink & shower there is mostly carpet it smells. Yes the property is old but should still be clean. The pool was freezing cold& unkept. Was not sanitary

Had to change rooms 3 times. The hotel is old but cleanliness should not be sacrificed as excuse. Gross. Creepy crawl insects all over the room. When packing to leave they were in our shoes& luggage. Tubs/ showers stained with grimes, we were afraid

The room was beautiful, the workout room was nice, the pool was great and the breakfast was amazing.

For the price, the size of the room was nice

When we arrived we had access to cable and were able to watch Survivor but midway through our stay we lost access and they would not get it back for us. After long days of sightseeing I looked forward to watching this show and this was a huge disappointm

The room was nice clean the air cone was excellent and I had a nice city view and I got some amazing photos at this hotel.

Sometimes the lift was a problem

Breakfast spread was fantastic. The pool area was beautiful. The service was impeccable. Whenever we needed anything, staff were immediately available

Friendly staffs always pleasant . Breakfast was wonderful all sort of food .

Bathrooms needs little updating

Beautiful hotel, super clean, great breakfast, helpful staff and very clean and spacious rooms. I recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel due to its location & star rating. Hotel was relatively clean & lobby was updated.

Booked 4 rooms & only the 2bdrm suite had a king bed. Reservations stated I could choose king or twin. Upon arrival to ck in @5pm, I was told they only had twin rooms left. So the married couples had to sleep in separate beds for our stay there.

2nd time staying here and would stay again. Amazing view at the roof top. The staff was incredibly helpful with ideas on where to visit. I ordered room service and everything was delivered promptly. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

hallways not cooled. Room had mold in showers, carpets stained, couldn't shut water off in the shower and when asked for help request was ignored. Finally had messed with it enough we got it shut off. Master bathroom glass covered in toothpaste splatter.

It was clean and a nice place to stay. Rooms were nice, staff was very friendly.

Location was a bit away from tourist attractions.

One of the most comfortable beds I¿ve slept in and I¿ve spent a LOT of nights in hotels the last ten years so wow.

We loved the hospitality of this hotel! Staff seemed genuinely dedicated to providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely stay with them again!
