Sinsuvarn Airport Suite Hotel

The airport shuttle was the best as for convenience.. But the staff and service was a very close second since because of them we were able to get to our morning flight in time.

Not that we didn¿t like but what was weird was the bathroom tub didn¿t have a shower curtain so I ended up sitting down to take my shower.

Hotel would not honor reservation as stated. Reception had a very bad attitude. Will supply details when I return to U.S. Request a refund.

Location was down a very sketchy road. Did not feel safe walking on road. Room safery was also a concern (only push button in handle for lock when going out of room-deadbolt for night from inside was fine). beds uncomfortable

Elavator goes up to 4th floor only. My room is on the 5th floor, so I had to take half flight of stairs. Bathroom is putdated and smell a little but. Deadbolt was not working, so safety was a concern.

The bathroom smells of sewage, and the room has a lot of mosquitoes i already reported to the front desk on the first night but the mosquitoes are still present in the room. The funky smell of the bathroom is so disgusting. Hope they will upgrade their hotel so there will be more tourists booking at their hotel in the future.

Free airport shuttle snd great staff

Always asked for passports even when they have it on file for extending extra night!! It got tidious and annoying!! Maybe its their house policy?

I like the service from front desk , cafeteria, porter service, and bus transportation to the airport.

The major concern is to control noise of other customers. The customers next to my room with their friends from other room were drinking made noise from 10 pm to 1130 pm. I heard that the room service came to drop off something (maybe food) to that room but did not address the noise from the Chinese customers. For my family's safety, we did not report on that night. It is a responsibility of hotel safety workers and managers who should walk around to assure the safety of all guests. This can lead to very unpleasant experiences and hesitant to refer to other friends and families. Need to watch out Chinese guests who are totally unrespectful and rude!!!

Staff were polite, professional, and quick to help.

The location to the airport is great. We used the airport shuttle and it was on time and very convenient. We will stay again when in Bangkok

The bed was a little hard.

After a month in Thailand, this was perfect for a final night before our flight. The staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. Location was close to two 711's and a couple night markets we enjoyed. The rooms were good, with balconies. We had dinner with our friends and the restaurant was also very good. Nice pool area, and the shuttle was convenient. Excellent staff!

The mattress was so uncomfortable it felt akin to sleeping on the floor. There was a noisy generator in the room which also had a bright light. The curtains didn't shut properly. There was dust in various places and the surfaces weren't clean. Shower didn't work properly. At breakfast, you had to get a slip but weren't told this in advance so had to requeue and go back to get a slip. It wasn't clear that the water and tea were complementary because this was on the minibar slip. Indifferent service and overall not a good choice for before a long flight, exhausted on leaving due to terrible sleep.
