Staff was professional

The room was on the first floor facing directly into the parking garage. Worst view I have every had in a room.

Pretty good hotel for the price in this area. Rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities required for comfortable stay. Breakfast is good. We'll worth the price. Would definitely return.

When I checked in and entered the room first there was a weird smell which went away by end of the day when air conditioning was turned on. The room was probably not used for a while. It wasn't a big issue

i've stayed here several times because i like the location, the staff, the food, the rooms, etc.

in my past stays the beds and pillows were the best feature. this time my bed was hard and the pillows, too. but they did add a pad that helped and changed the pillows. but i missed the pillow top bed that i enjoyed in my previous stays.

breakfast was only for 1 pax for a king room and 1 pax only for a large double room when it should have been for 5 when i selected the room price. had to pay extra 471 baht x 3 pax.

Room is spacious and clean, we were staying in not so entertaining view but still able to see the New Year fireworks. Hotel is close to MRT station and all major shops.

Facilities were excellent, and everything ran smoothly thanks to the team's great attention to detail.The complimentary tuk-tuk service was very convenient for getting around nearby areas — just be sure to book it at least an hour in advance to secure a time. We also visited the hotel spa, and the service there was exceptional — relaxing and very professional.Overall, Courtyard Marriott Bangkok exceeded every expectation. It set a new standard of hospitality for me, and I’ll definitely be choosing Marriott again. Highly recommended!

It’s been over 20 years since I’ve been to Bangkok and the Marriot was a great choice to start off my trip. It was so IN walking distance to CentralWorld, and the BTS. Very convenient to get to the main spots of Bangkok. The rooms were clean, abit tight but that’s is expected. The breakfast buffet was 10/10 it was delicious, loved everything about it. Staff was excellent, friendly and overall it was a great stay.

Besides all the mall areas there wasn’t much local Resturant’s near by.
