Design, architecture, and location is amazing

Excellent location with a spacious room and welcoming staff.

All was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at LUXX Langsuan. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the 6th floor was a great bonus — peaceful, modern, and a nice way to start and end the day. The location is also convenient, tucked into a quieter part of Bangkok while still close to the major attractions and transit.

A few issues made the stay less smooth:• Overpriced Drinks: The Sip Bar has nice service, but the drinks felt overpriced for the setting.• Hairdryer & Power: The in-room hairdryer is outdated and didn’t work well with the bathroom outlet.• Bathroom Design: The shower lacks a door, causing water to spray onto the floor unless you use the entry door as a barrier.• Lighting: The overall room lighting is very dim, making it difficult to get ready, do hair/makeup, or see details clearly.

It’s a really good location a lot of places around the hotel to explore

No smoking room I had to go down to smoke

Room was cleaned everyday. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the morning.Self service Laundry at affordable price within the compound. Spa/ massage service nearby.Within 200m walking distance to Lumphini ParkCounter service was helpful to assist me to shift clothes to dryer even though DIY.

Swimming pool is quite modest. But everything else were within my expectations

The room was very spacious for two people, with enough space for use to keep our luggages open on the floor throughout the trip with still space to walk around the hotel room. We also loved the bar at the 2nd floor, where they serve you a welcome drink. The vibe was retro and cozy for a dim bar.The hotel is also a 5-minute walk from Once Upon A Thai for travelers interested in a luxurious spa treatment and massage.

The tub shower is positioned beside a wall, we found it weird that the shower curtain was on this wall and not on the opposite side (the open space). We felt conscious about making sure the water doesn't spill out of the shower as we were taking a bath.The pillows did not feel luxurious for the ambiance of the place. It was not hotel-grade, it was very flat. The room could also be better improved with a "main" light in the middle of the room. All the lightbulbs were at the sides/corners -- which I understand to build the ambiance/vibe but still need a main light especially at night.

Nothing really.

We checked in and there was a dead lizard in the room. And another lizard running around. We spent all night trying to find it. Didn’t sleep a wink. So asked to check out a night early. We had no refund what so ever or even apologised for the debacle.

Everything was good until I found that the bathtub faucet is broken, so I couldn’t soak in the tub properly. It was a bit inconvenient — I had to keep my foot pressed down on the drain stopper because the twist knob to open and close the drain didn’t work. It felt like it was about to come off.Also, the (door) wall isn’t soundproof at all. When someone knocked on the door of the room next to mine, I got startled because I thought they were knocking on my door. So I just took a sleeping pill and went to bed.

I recently stayed at LUXX Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for both comfort and functionality. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is also convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Highly recommend LUXX Hotel if you're looking for a boutique stay with great service and a cozy atmosphere!

Very spacious room with good quality furniture and nice bathroom. No breakfast but you can cross the road the the Velaa mall or one of the fancier hotels. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location

Bizarre bathroom layout, with space for water to run from the shower on the far side of the bath. Likely contributing to the damp smell.

Toilet was so close to the shower screen you can barely fit. Also, have to be careful because the lift closes on you very quickly and hurt my arm as the sensor does not work well.

It was ideally located near where we needed to do business and close to the park. The 4th Floor cocktail lounge located on the 2nd floor of the hotel was a hidden gem too.

We had a fair stay at this hotel and really appreciated its fantastic location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our requests were met. One thoughtful touch was the reserved parking sign they arranged for us in advance, which made our arrival seamless. We also requested an extra-large bed instead of two twin beds, and they kindly provided exactly that.The hotel was peaceful, and despite a steady flow of guests coming and going, noise was never an issue—we barely noticed it from our room.

While our stay had its positives, there are certainly areas that could be improved. Firstly, we were not informed about the complimentary tea and coffee service on the second floor, which was available from 6 AM to 12 PM as part of a light breakfast offering. It would have been great to know this upon check-in, as we would have taken advantage of it.Additionally, we were not given any information about the pool’s location and had to figure it out ourselves by asking at reception. The rooms, while standard, were quite dark, as was the bathroom, making the overall atmosphere feel a little dim. The toiletries provided were also of a lower standard than expected, especially considering that the hotel is listed as a 4-star property on Booking.com.The biggest disappointment, however, was the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned properly, and after spending some time in the water, we left with algae staining both our skin and swimwear. There was a significant amount of leaf debris from nearby trees, which had clearly not been cleaned for a while. The pool, marketed as an infinity pool, did not have enough water to create the expected effect, which was a letdown. The surrounding outdoor area also looked neglected—it could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint, thorough cleaning, and regular upkeep.Although we enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location and peaceful environment, cleanliness and maintenance in communal areas should be a given at a 4-star property. Sadly, these issues mean that we would likely look elsewhere for our next stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Bangkok, and I must say the location is absolutely strategic! Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. Highly recommended for those who want to explore Bangkok!
