Convenient Grand Plus Hotel Suvarnabhumi

The staff was very nice.

We traveled 22 hours and looked forward to resting in our rooms but once we got to the hotel, the staff told us they gave our reserved rooms away! We reserved 3 rooms with 2 beds each and we received 3 rooms with 2 beds each!!!

Close to airport it's good use for a night stay if you have flight in morning or layover due to flight cancellation

Dirty/balcony full of birds droppings very basic advertised has 5 star I would give it 1 woke in morning to find bug bites all over my body been in Thailand 4 weeks up till then no bites the place should be pulled down and forgot if it hadn’t been 11 at night I would have checked straight out please avoid at all costs

Near the airport. 7 Eleven across the street. Kitchen that serves breakfast and drinks.

Things to note:1. They will require a cash deposit to secure the room or they will keep your passport if you do not have cash. 2. Cleaning service is upon request, not daily.3. There are no phones in the rooms so any requests go through front desk or WhatsApp-like apps.4. They have no accessible balcony rooms, only balcony VIEW rooms. In other words you have a sliding window that you can look out over a balcony. You cannot step onto the balcony.5. The gym is missing machines advertised in the photos. The spa looks like it’s shut down. Two out of 4 washers are usable and there are two dryers with tape on them. You will need coins to operate them. As far as customer service goes, the woman was training someone when I arrived to check in, she initially did not look like she was happy to be doing her job. I return to ask her I’d like the balcony room I paid for and she tells me that they have no balcony rooms. I state that that doesn’t make sense because I purchased what was advertised and I expected an accessible balcony room. She looks annoyed and goes to call someone on her cell in the back room. She returns and says there is a window that overlooks the balcony but the balcony cannot be accessed. I check out two hours later after alerting Booking.com of false advertising and finding another hotel with a balcony room. After 24 hours Booking stated they were not receiving a response from the owners of the property but that they would keep trying to process my refund. Needless to say my experience with this hotel is highly disappointing and I came here to alert potential customers of what they were actually purchasing.

Just far from the city center though it's close by the airport and it's convenient if your flight is the next day.

Pool looked dirty. Bottom rung was missing on exit ladder from pool, and 3rd rung totally broken - totally difficult to exit pool

It seemed the pool and gym were nice. The beds were comfortable.

There was no shower curtain in the shower and there was no hot water either. Had to have a cold shower.

Simple rooms, noisy air con

Location is excellent for me, close to the airport, and I travel a lot. Friendly staff. I will be staying again nest week when I return to Thailand.

The gym is DIRTY, none of the equipments work. The facilities smell really bad. Shower head doesn’t work, bathroom is dark

It was comfortable. It was near 7-11 and food vendors. For the price it was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge and clean. For me, I stayed 1 night but staying a couple nights would be ok. Thay also have a decent little swimming pool.

It was a bit rundown. You can tell it used to be a really decent place but it is currently in need of renovation. The shower nozzle holder in my room needed to be replaced. They have a small gym but equipment is broken.

Only needed the room for 5 hours for 3 people, only cost equivalent of £19 which was great value for money, near the airport. Had working air con and lots of space in the room.

Unfortunately most of the weight equipment in the gym didn’t work, the air con was broken in the gym, and we found a couple of cockroaches in the room.

Close to the airport for convenience of an early morning transfer. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean.

Due to the New Year celebrations all surrounding restaurants were closed. Hotel restaurant closed at 7pm. No bar to sit in and chill with a few drinks after our flight. No aircon in lounge area. Wifi wasnt consistant.

Kindest people, very helpful and accomodating. Bed was super comfy and my room was large!
