The staff was very helpful and very nice. The restaurant was actually really good. Days we didn’t want to get in the heat we ate in hotel restaurant.

It definitely wasn’t that clean, it was dated, the elevator was extremely small. Not a 4 Star nor 3 Star

Very nice room in terms of size. I liked the old European style room. It was in walking distance of the computer testing center I had an appointment for. Close to terminal 21 and subway access. Separate shower and jacuzzi. 7-11 2 buildings over.

It showed that it had a Jacuzzi bath tub. The reason I picked this hotel room is because I had a 14 hour flight and I like to be able to relax in a Jacuzzi prior to boarding the plane. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi bathtub did not work and apparently has not worked for a year, even though it is shown in the picture of the hotel room.

The breakfast assortment is very poor.

The room was really big, I liked it.The location is great, really close to Terminal 21, 5 minutes walking.Breakfast was ok, pretty much eggs and a jam, no cheese or any interesting choices, to choose from.

Breakfast mainly..My AC was broke, but they sent someone to fix it, but he didn't fix.. (there was a leak of water).Besides this, everything was really nice.

Location is good. Big apartment.

I have booked for 2 weeks:- The housekeeping was not really coming everyday: and if comes is not really clean well they was just changing the bed sheets and towels.- The stuff could be better and be more friendly and supportive with visitors. - We asked one day for bottle of water; it’s been told for us only 1 bottle for each everyday.

Staffs are lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are a bit worn down as old building but this is apparently common issue in central Bangkok as friends who stayed in other hotels in central Bangkok commented the same thing about their hotels too.

Construction/renovation noise during stay

The room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Some small problems with the air conditioning but it did not affect the quality of the stay

There was a slight smell of mold, which I informed the front desk about, it had a Jacuzzi tub which was nice except for I tried to fill it up with hot water, and the hot water was tepid at best, and the water flow was so slow. It would’ve taken hours to fill the tub.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable, but the bedroom carpet was old and worn. it would be better if they replace it with wood flooring. I do not like carpet.

The bedroom carpet and a few pieces of furniture were old and need to be replaced. The Wi-Fi was very poor quality, or the TV has poor reception. I tried to watch YouTube videos but got loading message all the time.

The location was quite good, close to BTS and shops. The room was very large.

The building was a bit dated and slightly run down. The water temperature was difficult to control in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. The jets in the spa bath did not work.

This is our second stay at this property and, once again, it didn’t disappoint. Extremely clean and spacious room. Staff were excellent and the location is great for accessing the BTS to get around BKK for sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again if we are in BKK

The location is good. It is near some nice restaurants, metro and BTS stations.

The bed (matress) was not very comfortable. We stayed in the older building. Maybe the newer one is better, but the one we stayed, needs some renovation.

Front desk staff were not friendly and the property was not clean

the rooms was huge size of a one bedroom apartment. apartment size refrigerator and 2 glass bottles of water delivered everyday. Ac was either warm or arctic tundra in the room but was able to control the ac for living room separately from the bedroom guess thats a plus.

jacuzzi tub did not work at all asked the staff at the front desk and they said it was mostly there for show the bubble jets dont do anything and neither does the sprayer it barelly drained with out you having to play with it. the TV in the room didnt work at all and the one in the living room only offered netflix in thai.
