    • The location and the the cleanliness
    • Location will be the main reason. 2 mins walk to BTS Chong Nonsi and there is a market next to the hotel. Very convenient.
    • Good size room. Good location.

    Cons -

    • The internet was very bear bad in the room, I asked the staff and they said they restart it. however the WiFi was very bad in the room which made me use my rooming all the time
    • Yes, the hotel don't provide tooth brush and no face towel. Maybe it is a 3 stars hotel, they are trying to save cost.
    • If you're on the second tower is inconvenient if you want to use the laundry room. The room had a musty smell that I couldn't pinpoint. Limited numbers of TV channels; however, they have a nice selection of DVD's that you can borrow for free.

The hotel is old and smelly. It should be 2 star instead of 3.

Great value hotel in a good location. Rooms were modern and spacious. The rooftop pool is in the building opposite but it is really nice. Would recommend.

I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s always a great choice for location, sizeable and comfortable room, friendly staff and value for money. The safe in my room wasn’t working when I checked in, and the staff were quick to move me to a similar room. The gym is good for a light to moderate intensity workout, while the outdoor pool is quite large and nice.

Slow wifi in the room, which I’ve found to be common in the older hotels in Thailand. But overall, this wasn’t a big deal.

    7WorrananPosted on: 1-9-2026

It's very close to everything you want.

The bed is terrible, it has very noisy sounds every time you move. The toilet door is very old and broken. Need to fix or renovate it.

We arrived at the end of the day, and the room was only prepared after we were already inside it. The breakfast is ridiculous — it shouldn’t even be an option to have it included. The pool and gym are not in the hotel building but in a nearby one that’s actually a shopping gallery. Everything is old, dirty, ugly, and poorly maintained. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The view from the pool was the only worthy and amazing thing!!

They clean rooms, but don’t change bedlinen (ours were changed once a week).Ants were all over our clothes and inside suitcases. Pool is very worn out..((No internet!! You could check email, but no chance watching a movie…

Always stay at this property when I go to Bangkok. Location is perfect, 3mn walk to BTS Chong Nonsi, which takes you straight to Siam Station and all key destinations in the city. It's at the heart of Silom Sathorn area with nearby shopping and street food and night bars. The Ramen restaurant accessib;le at groundfloor level is very good and great value. The building is off main streets and rather quiet, especially building 2 at the back of the property. The rooftop pool accessible at building opposite and situated at 9th floor is quite a Bangkokian experience. Finally grocery shop Vila market and flea market are a 1 mn walk from hotel.

The rooms in the back building may have a faint musty scent, which could bother those with sensitive noses—though I personally stop noticing it after a few minutes inside.

I love this place. I have visited for about 10 years. they are connected to the Condo next door and use of the big pool and fitness room is great. The Tennis court is one of the worst I have ever played on. It has not been maintained and has needed resurfacing or at least painting for so many years and maybe a new net??? The elevators in the Premium rooms building could use a refurbishing as they look like they are from the 70’s and very shabby. The hotel and condo have installed advertising monitors in all the elevators. Maybe new linoleum tile floors and wall panels in the elevators would feel a lot better for the place. The front desk staff are great as well as the cleaning crews.

Very shabby elevators in the Premium room building. Would not take too much to do a makeover. The new advertising video monitors on all the elevators in Hotel and Condo. Totally inundated with video advertising. very annoying. i understand it may be free for them and a possible revenue stream. Something totally out of their control is the construction of a new building right outside the window. if on a higher floor does not totally block out the sky but while I was there lots of construction noise and sometimes bright lights shining into room at night.

Excellent service and convenient locationThe hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. From check-in to check-out, they were consistently polite, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm attitude was definitely the only good part of this bad experience in the hotel.

Disappointing and definitely not worth the priceI booked this hotel because the photos made it look like a solid option, but the reality was completely different. The hotel has two wings — one that looks decent (the one they show in the pictures) and another that looks like the entrance to an abandoned building. Unfortunately, I was placed in the latter. To reach the room, you have to walk through dark, foul-smelling, and clearly neglected hallways. The elevator is old and in poor condition. Once in the room, the deterioration is obvious: worn-out furniture, uncomfortable atmosphere, and if you open the curtains, you’re met with a view of a ruined building that feels straight out of a horror movie. To make things worse, the pool shown in the photos isn’t even in the same building. It’s located across the street, outside the hotel property, and you have to cross public roads to get there — something that isn’t clearly disclosed when booking. For the price paid, I expected something far better. It wasn’t a cheap stay by any means, and with that same budget, you can find much nicer and better-maintained places. I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel.

Hotel room is big (value for money) and the hotel's proximity to BTS Chong Nonsi.

Hotel premises are a bit run down, room wifi connection is weak and unstable, and not much f&b or entertainment options in the vicinity.

    location is good

The first room I stayed in was very damp, the quilt was also damp, and there were cockroaches. Later, I moved to another room and it improved.

Convenient to many good eateries and bts

    A bit dated

Easy to get to from the Sky TrainComfortable bed, spacious room

I prefer a hand held shower. The view was of the building next doorThe electrical outlets need to be closer to the bed

The room is big for 2 people. It’s walking distance to the BTS station. There’s MCDO and 7/11 near the area. It’s quiet and not situated in the noisy area.

If you have a luggage, it’s inconvenient to walk towards the hotel since the road is very small and there are many cars. It’s quite pricey for those who seek budget hotels.

    Passable

Broken metal light in the pool sliced my daughter’s foot open.

    7KatinaPosted on: 4-1-2025

Great location, a short walk to the Chong Nonsi BTS, with a lot of eateries nearby. The bed was very comfortable, with nice quality linen that was changed daily.

While the room was partially renovated, I felt that more is needed.
