Extremely noisy. Paper-thin walls and constant noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. You can hear conversations, doors, footsteps - literally everything. I stayed for three nights and did not sleep properly a single night. This was my first time experiencing something like this in a4-star hotel, and it was very disappointing.

Very good service, the room is comparable, the area is good and close to everything including the train station.There is an ATM at the lobby.A lot of food options around.AMPM right outside the hotel.

While my stay, the the lower floors and part of the lobby were under construction as part of the hotel renovation.

Room was clean and taken care off every day very good. Even though they are undergoing renovations, the impact was hardly noticeable except for the lobby. Bed was comfortable to sleep in and breakfast had a good variety of food to chose from.

Was on business trip and for that, the WiFi is not in a good enough state at all.... calls drop, sites don't load properly etc.

The breakfast is exceptional. The location of the hotel is right next to MRT, with 2 shopping malls nearby. The hotel has a gym (not so bad for a hotel standard) and a decent size of swimming pool.

The room itself is a little bit dated, but it is still in good shape.

I like the location; it is very convenient. There's a 7-11, massage places, and a lot of food options nearby, plus it's close to a shopping mall, MRT, and BTS. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. The price is reasonable.

They are renovating the area, which is not so convenient at the lobby. There is no electricity in the toilet, and it smells very bad. The staff are not very helpful; they don't care and will just ask you to use it.

Just beside mrt(metro』、super breakfast lots of choice and every day different choice. Nice gym.Super convenient since i had to do some shopping at weekend market.

LOCATION. even though the Hotel is attached to underground EXIT it is still a bit of walk from the Subway platform till the Hotel Lobby

The room was spacious and comfy, everything was clean and nice. The 6th flood with the spaces was also nice and food is varied.

The fridge and fan in the room were a bit noisy at times.
