Great location right in the middle of the party street of Khao San Road. Convenient to walk around.

It’s noisy at night until late because of the party street.

The room was nice and clean. A little bit small, but okay

You can hear all party noisy from the street in the room. Really loud.

We were a bit worry regarding sleeping during night because of parties outside, but we didn't hear a thing! Perfect sound isolation! And staff was very polite. Although room was small, it was enough for us. We liked also rooftop pool. Good place to stay in mid of party and close to everyting!

It’s at Khaosan road

Its VERY VERY cramped, even if you get the bigger room there is zero space to place you things, no place on the floor as all the place you get is to walk to the toilet, no cabinet or small wardrobe. They want a 1000 baht deposit which is mentioned but buried very deep in their booking page. It’s also very loud, you can hear everything from the corridor as well as from the street. The rooms smell weird and it’s overall a bad stay. I have no clue how is it rated so high on booking, look at google maps for a rating that reflects the hotel better.

They gave us hassle when we tried to bring a person yo our room. Made us pay 500 baht.

The location is both the best and the trickiest part, depending on what you're looking for. Being right on Khaosan Road means you’re in the middle of all the action, a street food, bars, music, shops, and nightlife are literally at your doorstep.Super convenient if you want to explore the area or enjoy the party vibe, but it can get very loud at night. Music goes on until around 5 am. If you’re a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting a room away from the main street. The room was clean, modern and compact but comfortable. Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check in was quick and they were always polite and accommodating whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

The noise from Khaosan Road is real. I knew to expect this, so it didn’t ruin the experience for me but if you're someone who needs complete quiet to sleep, this might not be the best choice unless you get an interior facing room.

Air con is really good - the best I had during my whole time in Asia. Pool area was always really quiet, most of the time we had it to ourselves.

I think I was lucky in that I got a room at the back of the hotel. The hotel is on the main strip of bars and clubs, which play music really loud until 6am everyday. My room was nice and quiet with only a very distant noise in the background, but I suspect if I had a room at the front it would of been louder.

Very loud as expected with the location that wasn’t too much of an issue to be honest but no window or balcony in the room was the only let down

Bad shower pressure in the room could do with a shower head with better setting and the thing it was attached to kept slipping so had to hold the shower head to get washed

The location is really good - close to most things but you’re pretty much on khaosan road so if you like to party it’s a good place to stay. Apart from that, the room is really nice, very clean with a large roomy bed and a nice bathroom.

The hot water in the shower wasn’t working so when I had to shower early in the morning it was a little chilly at times.

The room was quite small, also after losing a key card for the room I was asked to pay 300 baht which I was fine accepting as it was my fault but upon checkout I was told that they had no record of me paying so I was made to pay the fee again out of the security deposit even after explaining that I had already payed it. Bit of a shame.

I couldn’t fault the hotel itself. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and modern. My only fault with the hotel is it was way too central for us. It’s right on the strip of Khao San Road and music was blaring till 4am every night. If that doesn’t bother you then it’s an ideal spot to go with.
