all good. excellent and comfy stay. Will definitely be back. the staff, the facilities all in excellent condition. worth the money. recommend to tourist.

a little bit outskirt from central but great connection with public transport. the room can be improved with better shower gel and shampoo but that is small matter only

Great location near the airport and good for what we needed. Beds are hard! We like a firm bed so it was manageable. Shower was great and breakfast was good value.

Small parking. Bad security. Not very good service. Not clean. We booked in the same booking for 2 rooms. Instead of being on the same floor, we got one on 2nd and the other on 6th. The 2nd floor room was dark (broken light bulb), humid, dirty and faucet that splashed all over the place. The room is right next to the fire escape stairs that leads down to the garage which they kept the door open - very bad security as anyone can just walk up to the rooms on the second floor by the stairs without any lock. Asked them in the morning to change the room they refused and said that if i move this room cannot be sold to other guests. I told them that this room should not be sold anyway. Later on the 3rd night that we were able to change the room. The shower glass door was installed incorrectly and water pressure was terrible. I informed the staffs of these problems but I doubt they can do much.

Good location for paper work. 2 stations food and 711/BigC in area. Ok rooms, clean, nice staff.

Comfortable good sized room with a firm king bed.Good breakfast. No bad points.Nothing very noteworthy good, just good basic value with friendly, helpful staff.

- requested a quiet room, which they confirmed, because i needed good rest before a long journey; early in the morning they did loud work for hours, mostly hammering- bed was short, only about 1,85 m

Bed was NOT comfortable at all. Breakfast wasn’t as expected. Services and facilities are not that good.

Clean, comfortable and professional

There are some noise in the morning and afternoon so I couldn’t sleep well, maybe they have some re-built

It seems near DMK airport on the map but you didn't know you would stuck in the traffic jam for at least 30 mins

Location near DMK airport, 7-Eleven, and BTS. It is just far from some places to visit but manageable. The staff is great. The restaurant is okay.

We can hear people’s footsteps and conversations if they pass by our room. I suggest they should at least complete the toiletries such as a toothbrush, hairbrush, and slippers.

No good customer service.No change in towel and bed seats daily.Charged us on being towel dirty.

Very affordable, close to everything we needed, It's not a tourist area but if you need to be staying in this area, this is a great hotel, very keen and great value for money

A return visit to this clean and efficient hotel with helpful professional staff, and a good location for appointments at government offices. Comfortable room. Great little cafe across the alley.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel, but I'd point out that there isn't much in the immediate vicinity apart from one great Thai food cafe. The petrol station nextdoor has a few essentials for sale but does not sell alcohol.

I liked everything about the room and their services. It was just an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful. The location was also nice.

I just didn't like the lighting of the room. In the day time its very nice and bright but at night because of the lighting in the eoom and washroom it gets a little dark. Otherwise, everything was exceptionally nice
