Old premises that would need deep refurbishment wierd batthroom with high dangerous step, old equipments. Curtains too thin to protect from outside lights. Room doors slam hard ...noise middle of the night... Breakfast is poor...not high quality

The hotel is very nice and our room was comfortable and pretty.

There was construction noise the whole day (about 10am to 5pm) that we only learnt about one day after checking in. It was near Christmas and we didn't feel like asking for a refund and trying to relocate. The hotel, while in the nice Sukhumvit / Thonglor area, is a bit tucked away so running away from the noise to busier parts of town required effort.

I like the breakfast buffet, but it would be nice if the dishes were kept at a hotter temperature.

My only complaint is the carpet in the hallways. They are beyond their time for being changed.

The room was next to a bar/nightclub, Thaipioka, with loud music and people shouting and screaming outside till early morning - unbearable - this hotel should be definitely avoided.Even though I booked in a non-smoking room, there was considerable smoke in the room, residual or coming from outside.

The location is near other restaurants and not too far from the train. The hotel is good value with great staff and hospitality.

The room we got was very close to a club. The music was faintly heard through the walls. The hallway leading to the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The decor, and minute details were noticeable.

Breakfast was disappointing! Rooms with balcony can be noisy during the evenings due the night club.

Staff were very sweet.

Our first room was above the nightclub—loud music until 3am. Ask for a room at the back!

This might seem silly. But the toilet was placed up against the wash stand. As a westerner it was almost impossible to sit down on it ?‍♂️

Cleanliness

The room shown in the photos looks bigger, but in reality it is smaller. Moreover there is no tooth brush and paste provided. For second day there is coffee and milk powder provided. Even the towel was not provided for second day.

Noise in the next room can be heard. Facilities like the pool, bathrooms by the pool were not accessible. Pool towels were not available.

Health and safety concerns - AVOID.

The first room they gave me had clear evidence of bedbugs: numerous small blood stains clustered in the corners of the mattress. I immediately went to the lobby to get a new room, they claimed to “upgrade me,” and they gave me a room one floor below that was just as dingy as the last but thankfully didn’t have bedbugs. Inside the facility, everything looked very dirty and worn down. Like many have mentioned, there was a strong sewage smell in the building (I was in the back building, not the main building with the lobby). As this was the same building where breakfast was served, there was a disgusting smell with breakfast, too. The most concerning thing, though, was how someone entered my room in the middle of the night. Thankfully I had just gotten up to go to the bathroom and was able to slam the door shut as soon as they opened it. It turned out to be a staff member who said he was helping a guest who lost their key and couldn’t remember what room they were in. Unfortunately, they didn’t check their records and just let him into my room instead. They profusely apologized (actually, they kept calling my room all night to apologize, which was annoying), but I absolutely did not feel safe staying here. To make matters worse, the building’s AC broke one day and no one from the staff bothered to report/fix it (despite housekeeping working in the building at the time). I got back to the room in the middle of the afternoon to find it sweltering and had to wait in my room for an hour for the hotel engineer to fix things then report back to me. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

The staff are great and breakfast is quite okay as well but i think the variety and taste could have been better.

The rooms are old fashioned. Although i got free upgrade to premier room, the premier room is quite small actually. And also found some ants and mosquitoes inside the room. One big thing was there were no toothbrush and paste provided. I just packed them tightly in my luggage so i didn't want to bring back out but sadly i had to...

This is my second stay in this hotel, and I will surely stay here again next time I come to Bangkok. It is close to the BTS, there is a small gym and a sauna, and a bathtub in the room! The breakfast is great value for the room rate and everyone is just so helpful and nice!
