The location was excellent for my needs. It was close to transportation, shopping, and public parks. The staff were very accommodating and the buffet breakfast was outstanding.

Some of the gym equipment needed attention

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and very spacious, with everything you need, making it ideal for longer stays. The breakfast offering was great, and the complimentary drinks available in the lobby throughout the day were a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

On the downside, the breakfast area often felt overcrowded and there did not seem to be enough staff to comfortably manage the number of guests. The gym also needs attention, as some equipment was broken, it was under-supplied, and the air conditioning was not adequate.

Dusty window even from the inside. Windows are covered by curtains so you won’t notice at the first glance but when you open the curtains, you’ll see it. Pool needs maintenance.

Hotel at first sight looks really nice and luxury but if you look closer you can see best days are over. Anyways is still a good clean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is situated close to the bts station which is convenient

Everything is fine especially the staff very accommodating, they lend us money 20bhat, for our taxi upon arrival we don't have enough cash but they did not hesitate lending us money As for improvement, you may vary the food and offer brewed coffee hehehe

Breakfast need variation

It’s close to BTS station and just 3min. walk.Plus it’s very good hot water and I loved it.The facility is a bit old but I didn’t care much.

Aircondition didn’t work well, could not increase or decrease temperature, hotel old and so is furniture.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for long stay - including a washer and kitchen, which was incredibly convenient. The balcony offered a lovely view of the pool, and thanks to the pretty good soundproofing, we didn’t hear any noise from outside. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and pleasant even in Bangkok’s heat. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was rich and varied. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. The reception is very unfriendly. She seems to hate her job.

The receptionist is unfriendly and does not want to interact with the guests.

Its location was ok for the sky train.Free basic coffee machine was ok.

The reception gave the typical Thai unwelcome vibe.The room view was of the opposite windows!! Gym only one treadmill worked.
