Stayed at Pinnacle Dream Hotel recently. The room was compact but very clean and well-kept. Location is great if you’re into the hustle and bustle—lots going on around. However, the area seems to attract mostly single men, so don’t expect a lot of families or a mixed crowd. Overall, decent stay for a short trip.

The room is very very smelly when the ventilators are not on. Smells like clogged toilet. And sound proofing of the room is also very bad. I can hear my neighbors coming back. Leaving the room. I can also hear people screaming downstairs from the 7th floor. Water pressure is very small and the heater is either too hot or too cold. No consistency.

Nothing significant

Small simple hotel. We needed something for a couple nights in Bangkok before our flight and this hotel got the job done. Nothing special about it, beds were comfortable and seemed clean enough. Staff maybe a little grumpy but helpful enough.

Location was a little bit weird, lots of arabic businesses around and at one point there was a small protest going on outside the hotel. Once you get out of the alley it feels like you're back in Thailand. Overall, I didn't feel unsafe but I was also traveling with a male. Would maybe not stay here if I was a female solo traveler.

Got upgraded room for free at check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with kettle, fridge, safe, window etc. Sometimes a bit noisy at night. Would recommend.

Central location, but quite quiet as I was on 7th floor

The room is quite wide and bright. The location is also very close to subway station, so transportation is easy. The bed was also very comfortable and there are restaurants all around. Also close to adult entertainment places lol

The rooms are well maintained, the staffs were very supportive. The hotel is near to BTS station Nana ( about 400m) and also close to big shopping malls ( around 15-20 mins taxi ride). Over all, we enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay at Pinnacle Dream Hotel was a good experience. We stayed for 5 nights, and it is a perfect place for Muslims as there are many halal food options nearby, including Pakistani, Middle Eastern, and Bangladeshi cuisine. The location is very convenient, situated beside the main road, making it easy to get a cab, taxi, or Grab.The room was spacious enough for two people, and the AC worked perfectly. We appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, water, shower gel, and shampoo. The staff were extremely helpful, and the receptionist, especially during the morning shift, was very sweet and kind.

The toilet floor was very slippery after cleaning. Room service used a cleaning spray but didn’t rinse with water, making the floor unsafe. We avoided room service for two days due to this issue.

Reception staff very rude ..She is getting angry and very rude attitude.I experience first time in my life this type of attitude from reception staff in thailand Most of the thailand people are very kind and interact politely .

The staffs was extremely rude and the moment we stepped in the hotel the receptionist said “ufff” just because we were a group of 15 guests coming to check inn, she was so mean and rude to us and shouting all the time herself and the other staff. It was the baddest experience for me since i started to come to Thailand over the past 10 years.We will definitely not come to this property again and this hotel will lose 15 guests at once!

The hotel was fine .. in the Arab street, a lot of restaurants and Middle Eastern food.
