Pinnacle Lumpini Park Hotel

Clean and well run. I checked out at midday, but they were happy to let me hang out in the comfortable lobby until late afternoon.

Bad room in lower floor had some small black animals aswell

Great central location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, markets and more. Bangkok One is literally across the road which has a huge selection of shopping, food and a movie theatre. Transportation was also within a few minutes, giving you access to key locations around Bangkok. Catching the BTS and MRT was a great way to get around the place and so cheap, with the extra benefit of being able to catch the train from the hotel to the airport (connecting trains).

Like other places I have stayed at, I found the bed a little too firm for my liking but better than other places I have been to. Would have liked a better view but was only using the room after a day out and was not important to me.

There were a few ants in the room. Not many, just around 3 at a time on top of the desk, but still unpleasant. The hot water in the shower stopped working after our first day there. The windows were a bit dirty and could have used a cleaning

Food was good. Near subway and easy checkout.

Dining room under-staffed. Many tables left with dirty dishes and food, coffee, tea and utensils would run out. Bed was broken and locks on the door and safety box both had to be repaired by staff from down stairs.

The Pinnacle has recently been renovated in the common areas and it's looking very bling! The rooms are still a little dated but are spacious and very clean and neat. Good location near One Bangkok and Lumphini Park. The breakfast is good, with a lot of options for Western and Thai breakfasts.

I'm sure they are getting around to renovating the rooms soon, as the bathrooms are a bit dated. But the aircon is cold and the beds are comfy, so it was all fine!

The pool. Well designed room with a good amount of space. There ks a big lobby with plenty of comfortable chairs for hanging out and doing useless internet activities.

Hallway Carpets are old and stained. Dirty windows in common areas.

The hotel has excellent value. Th location is great if you have something to do in the Sathorn area. It is very close to the new One Bangkok. Th breakfasts is very good too.

Breakfast was great, front desk and cleaning staff were amicable !!

First room Ac was not working, switch to another room water pressure was low … Stayed in this hotel back in 2005 , recommended it to my group of friends , all had a complaintWe also had cockroaches in our room

The Pinnacle Lumphini is very conveniently located near an MRT station. There is a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. A large 7/11 is only about 100 meters away. The best feature of this hotel is the wonderful buffet breakfast which is great value. There are three young people who work in the breakfast area. They are Pim, Top and Joe. They worked so hard to make sure that the guests are happy and well taken care of. Great service makes it special. I will always stay at the Pinnacle when I visit Bangkok.

The only thing that could be improved is the strength of the wifi signal. In the evening when guests return to the hotel, there is a high demand for wifi consequently, the connection can be erratic.

Not much.I did have to put some pressure to get another room. I had book a room with high speed wifi for my work but the first staff who checked me in, told me he is giving me an upgraded room with a nice view on the city but he gave me a room with a terrible view. So I asked later another lady staff and she accepted to move me to another room with the wifi signal working and an actual view on the city. I was grateful to her.I usually don’t complain and I am okay with the most basic… but when I pay a certain price I expect the bare minimum quality.

I was quite disappointed to be honest. Nothing looked as nice as the photos. It’s a very old building and every amenity is very old. The gym was almost unusable and quite dirty. The swimming pool is very small. The staff’s performative kindness felt actually rude. Telling me they were doing a price for me for the early check in but I already knew the normal price from the Q&A section online.

Great location! Peace and quiet. 2mins walk 7/11 and some restaurants. The reception staffs and housekeepers were really friendly and helpful. Worth for the value.

The rooms are not soundproofed at all. You can hear everything what is going on the upper level.

The bathrooms are basic

just stayed their for few hours as we have to catch flight at 2:50 AM. Some basic things were missing like iron and iron stand. When you enter the room you find a card for charges warning which include as low as misplacing a spoon. Hangers were locked in the wardrobe as we are their to take them with us.Room was quite decent and staff was friendly.

We experienced a great customer service from Jude and the rest of the staff members. We arrived late at night and very hungry, Jude helped us ordered some food.

The lobby is nice, but the building is dated. The 4th floor's carpet needs to be replaced ( there are a lot of stains). Although the staff is doing a great job cleaning the room, definitely needs a renovation (carpet, fresh paint, shower curtains).

Actually, I didn’t like much. The place atmosphere is very dull. The food is very boring.

There isn’t even one piece of welcoming in the room.Of course, there is extensive list of damage price if you do any in the room
