Staff friendliness, pool area, the food.

The recharging outlets in the room did not work or the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Twice when returning to the room I found the door unlocked but nothing was taken. Also floor was never swept which made it appear dirty.

The food and dining room side of things was way overpriced with poor quality food and not much care taken. I ordered an espresso and the guy let it overflow, he still served it and expected me to pay. Food was poor and expensive.

An oasis close to the airport in Bangkok. We arrived 1:30 in the morning and were thrilled to be able to sit at the bar and enjoy a beer as we unwound from our international flight. The setting is serene and you would never know you are in a city.

Location near the airport, great environment, wonderful pool, ice cold beer even at 1am when we arrived & multiple peaceful outdoor sitting areas.

The 2nd rooms we stayed in were called VIP rooms but near the kitchen and transportation area so it was quite noisy and difficult to sleep.

In no particular order ... 1. Price 2. Charming restaurant to have breakfast

In no particular order ... 1. Faucet in bathroom did not work. Could not turn off the water. Apart from being annoying, seems to be a waste of water to me. 2. The bathtub and bathroom were not clean. 3. The bed frame broke. All we were doing was sleepi

So close to the BKK airport, check in was easy and atmosphere was great. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was so kind. Got a latte at the drink shack and it was great. Didn't get chance to eat food but menu looked delicious. Massage was excellent too

Would have paid double.

We have been stayed here 4 times and will do it again coming and going out of the airport. A real oasis. Also really great massage up near the top of the soi.

Really really dirty The towels were yellow and weird smell The bathroom is really used and dirty The floor where used and making weird sounds and under the floor is like empty space so floor moves up and down The bathroom mirror all dirty the shower glass dirty The bed was clean but not comfortable to sleep The balcony was nice but not on the pool because lots of people there in the pool better on the second floor And I had this more expensive room the cheaper one is way worst (yes I saw)

At the end of a funky soi this place is an oasis to us coming and going , very close to the airport, nice pool pleasant staff and quiet.

We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night to be close to the airport because we had an early flight the next day. But even though it looks like it's almost next to the airport on the map, it's still around 15-minute drive. The hotel did not have pickup and drop off service, so you have to arrange it yourself.The room was ok, a very simple room with 2 beds. There was no closet to put the clothes away, probably because most people only stay for 1 night. The bathroom was humongous, almost the same size as the main space. Don't understand why it was designed that way.The pool looked very nice, but we didn't use it. There was a pool table in the lobby (not free), which we used and it was fun. Overall, this hotel is ok for 1 night stay.

We arrived around 4pm. But they made us wait in the lobby because they said the room was not ready yet. The lobby was an open area, so there were a lot of mosquitoes and I was stunned 7 times while we were waiting. The front desk staff gave us orange juice to drink to make it up to us. The hotel is located at the end of a very long road, which is very dark at night. I don't think it's safe for women to walk alone.

Great value for money and location. Cool little resort that did not fell like it was in the city. They were very helpful and accommodating to our group. The staff, especially the receptionist were awesome!

Not fancy but good value for the cost

We were met by cockroaches and bed bugs and left over litter from previous guests. Other than the kindness of the lady on front desk the entire experience was shockingly bad

Big bed, nice bathroom with bathdub, swming pool, good balcony. Nice hotell staff. Near to airport.

The rooms are big but very dirty. The mattress is so bad you can drown into. The sheets are dirty. The floor towel at the bathroom was so dirty I can't imagine how you can dishonored your guests

The ambiance, it has nice outdoor pool, wide room, fast wifi

It is far from the main road, and room needs cleaning, dusty corners, old bed and towels
