BS Residence Suvarnabhumi

The best part was free shuttle service to and fro from Suvarnabhumi International Airport especially when we had late night arrival from Delhi, India and had to take an early flight to USA the next morning. It was very convenient and on time service.

The room was adequately furnished but the quality of linen and towels was quite average and needs improvement.

Pickup at the airport was smooth and quick. The room was quiet and clean. Staff were courteous and professional.

Rather long walk in the rain to get from room to lobby - no interior connections between all the rooms and the lobby.

The bedroom & bathroom were large, plus a kitchenette. Breakfast was quite good and the staff were very pleasant. Their pool is shaded and was a real plus after a hot day in Bangkok.

Close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, convenient shuttle to and from airport. Room was good size.

Would like larger bed options.

Nearby the airport, it took about 10 minutes to the hotel. They provide airport transfer, which is very convenient. After leaving the hotel, walk towards 7-11. There are markets on both sides. You can eat local snacks at a cheap price (after all, the price will not be the same in downtown Bangkok).

Clean and comfortable, well-priced for one night between flights. Very convenient free shuttle from and back to the airport. Can leave luggage, no charge. Close to sky train into the city.

Excellent location for quick access to the airport using the hotel shuttle service. Pool looked great but we didn’t try. Tasty food from the in-house restaurant. Food market a short walk away but most stalls were closed in the evening. Good value for an overnight stay with an early flight the next day.

Spacious rooms, nice pool, food at the restaurant was excellent and affordable, 7-11 and small market nearby, Airport shuttle.

We miss our book inside the room and we came back to collect the book and they refused to get us our book back.Moreover they don’t even try to call the cleaning staff to ask them for the book.

We were frequent clients at this hotel. Upon arrival we were not warned of the renovation work by the pool which was extremely noisy and dusty. The pool area was of course unusable. The view not nice. We did have access to the other BS pool.I requested a change of room but that required my cancelling my current booking to rebook..at my expense.

We stayed there because we had an early flight the next morning. We would not choose this hotel again if we have a choice. The receptionist, when we checked in, was not friendly, unwelcoming, and talked to us like she was having a bad day. The room and hotel facilities were very dated, not well maintained, and not cleaned. The only thing we liked was location and their shuttle service.

Nothing except that it is convenient for the airport

Dirty, cockroaches and many many small flies..It truly was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Bedroom quite large and aircon worked well. The beds were comfortable. The tansfer bus from Bangkok airport seems to run half hourly and it is a short, free ride so very convenient.

A note above the toilet said not to put tissues down the loo so it was confusing whether you could flush toilet paper. Breakfast didn’t cater well to vegetarians. Coffee from a machine but was ok.
