Clean and nice comfy spacious rooms. Located in the Japan town area of Bangkok and lots of restaurants around.

I don't mind walking much, but it's not very close to a station, be prepared to walk a lot or Grab.

Everything was modern and functional

We stayed on the top floor and even though it was facing away from the street, loud motorcycle noise could be heard at night. Recommending to stay on lower floors

Better signage/instructions for taxis to head straight to the parking area to offload any luggage ... instead of unloading at approach stairs.

I was looking for a hotel in this exact location, and Ashley hotel was the best value for money. There is a small kitchenette and a washing machine.

Generally quiet and clean and kitchen had basic utensils/dishes/pots which was convenient. Washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient and appreciated that the hotel provided detergent and dish soap. Complimentary tea/coffee/water was great. Lots a Japanese food options around there. The little ramen shop right underneath the hotel was great!

I was given a non-smoking room but all the trash cans emitted cigarette ash smell whenever I open them to throw things away. Lobby was not at street level and the 10 or so steps to climb were narrow and felt a bit unstable. Definitely use the railing.

Squeaky clean linens, rooms are beautiful with fully functional kitchenette that includes microwave. washing machine! WiFi is great! Some rooms have balconies. Beautiful pool and city views in a cool part of the city. Walking distance to everything. Staff are superb! Consistently excellent in customer service and making your stay as comfortable as possible ❤️?…

everything from the rooms to the location has exceeded my expectations and staff were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone to stay in this hotel in Thonglor.

only thing was the black out curtains could be a bit better as there were gaps on top of the sliding rail.

Away from BTS and the transportation to BTS close very early. Also, the wifi is soooooo poor.

The rooms are large, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, competent, and accomodating.

I liked everything.

Location: in the middle of the Japanese district, so many great Japanese restaurants everywhere! Close to shops, banks, Samitivej Hospital...

A bit far from BTS Thong Lo on Sukhumvit but they have a shuttle service, only up to 7:00 pm though.

Probably one of the few places where my husband and I have not a single complaint about and will want to stay in again. The service was perfect and the room was wonderful. I loved everything about this hotel. My husband and I enjoy standing on the terrace and take in the outside sunshine. We also love that they had a washer and dryer in the room, which made it so convenient for us to wash our clothes, especially with the heat that made our clothes sweaty. The hotel was also closed by a few restaurants so on our lazy nights we didn't need to venture too far and can try different food each night.

The only thing that I may have a bit issue with is that the bathtub is a bit on the high side, so someone with short legs like mine may have issues going in and out. It may be helpful if there was a step stool or a hand rail to assist when getting out of the bathtub. I was too scared to hold the glass wall, so I always took my time getting in and out. Overall, this is not a big deterrent though. We still loved the room and would stay again.

Excellent value for money. Clean, spacious and modern room with great facilities. In a great location with lots of things within walking distance. Staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help without being asked (carrying your suitcase up the entry staircase for example,storing bags after checkout, and always a warm greeting on arrival and departure). Would 100% stay again when next in Bangkok

It was a great room. I wanted a quiet hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. There was a balcony. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge, microwave, water kettle. There was also a washing machine but I didn't use it. The hotel provided pool towels so you didn't even need to request them.

I liked everything but sometimes it was tricky figuring out which light switch connected with which lights. (very minor problem - not a problem actually)

There is a sewer smell issue in the room!

It’s not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination! Instant coffee in the room, not food service available and there’s an obvious sewer smell in the room!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and the room was very clean.
