The neighborhood is busy and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Location.

I asked to shorten my visit and a refund for the one day I wanted to skip. They refused. So I used the room until 9pm and checked out.

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

The building had no lifts and my room was on the fourth floor. So walking up and down was a hassle. The room did not have a refrigerator although there was a specific area for a mini fridge in the room. The room also had no electric catle to warm up water. When I asked for one they told me to come down to the lobby for boiling water if I needed.

great location for tourism, many shops nearby and places to eat. luggage storage was nice. the good thing is that they were very responsive when I called reception with any issues.

everything.... The room did not look like the photos. The shower is not a shower but a shower head in a toilet with a drain. the bed is harder than the floor. when I first walked in there was a stain on my sheets. Its also a bit unsafe considering they let my friend who is was staying with me enter our room without identification or verifying when she forgot her key.

The staff were generally very friendly and gave us the possibility to check in much earlier, which was great after such a long trip! The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel’s location is very central yet calm. It’s situated in a neighborhood with many lovely cafés and restaurants. It’s not far from the pier where you can catch boats to various destinations. The breakfast offers a great variety! There is a rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing a bit at the end of the day. The garden at the hotel entrance is also very beautiful.

Location was OK. There are lots of decent bars and places to eat. Pier Phra Arthit is very close that makes boat trip on the river very convenient.Breakfast was good with lots of varieties.Pool at the roof is nice.

Khaosan Road is very chaotic at night. A shower cabin or curtain would be great in the bathroom.Quite dated building and rooms. Needs some renovation, especially in terms of soundproofing between rooms !!!

Swimming pool on top floor but the location of the property made up for it

Very nice place. Clean and polite people. The pool is a must.

Perfect Location. Many restaurants nearby.. 5mins walking distance to Phra Arthit ferry port.. there is a bus going directly to AirPort.You Can leave your luggage for free on check out date. Breakfast is buffet With many choices including fresh fruit, pastries etc.This is My 4th time staying here and Will come back again!

Nothing all good!

PROS: Love the area...quiet tree lined street. Lots of shops, restaurants and many cannabis/dispensaries. Weekends...food stalls, relaxed vibe.

CONS: Deluxe single room in the older building are just tired/worn out, badly in need of re-do. stained, cracked tiles, old tiny tv, no drain cover on sink jewelry etc could easily slip down the drain, lumpy bed.....Take my advice, pay for a triple room in newer building .....big upgrade.

AC was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. Paper thin doors - a lot of noise coming from the hallway.

Convenient location for those you who like being in an all white tourist area. Was a good enough location for us to easily explore other areas of town from, (but would probably not stay there in the future)

Breakfast

It’s a good location that’s quiet at night unless you have drunk neighbors staying on the same floor as you. Then you will hear them talking all night. The breakfast buffett for 300 bhat was excellent

Noise from the neighbors reverberates thru the halls.

Excellent location. Great buffet breakfast. Especially enjoyed the Thai food options. Nice roof top pool area.

No view room, but didn't expect it.
