Room layout, sloppy service, street noise early morning at 4:30, etc. I saw a lizard crawling down the wall near the front desk. There is not even a map to provide to us.

Very clean. Large room. AC worked great. Refrigerator in room. Hot water in shower. Fun style. Good location. Very comfortable bed.

The first room that we were shown was really dark and had a sign blocking the window. The staff were very friendly and immediately switched our room to one with a window.

The location is good adjacent to MRT and BTS

The ramp in front is so steep suggest to have stairs or a better ramp

Location very close to the MTR (to go and come from the airport)and BTS to go elsewhere.

The staff at reception were adequate but after experiencing other hotels in Thailand where the staff all had a friendly smile, this place seemed to lack it.

Dark,depressing room in poor repair. The bathtub is very precarious..easy to to slip and fall.

It was close to everything. But still on a smaller road so the noise were also limited.

The key cards wouldn’t always work, so we had to go to the lobby to have the staff do something nearly every time we wanted to enter the room. At the end of our stay they did something so it worked as it should.

Location is Good.. But No Breakfast in the Hotel

Location is good, near BTS and near Subway. They fixed a problem i had with the airconditioning having a leak right away.

The room is a bit old and a bit dusty, had a lot of allergies during the night

You can control all the lights and air conditioning from the panel near the bed. ??Free water, instant coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, ...Big bathroom with spacious shower.Relatively quiet room considering the hotel is in the city center (albeit in a side street).Walkable distance from Makkasan station, so you can save on ride to/from airport.

Be aware - you need 500 THB as a deposit in cash (as I usually pay everywhere by PromptPay, I didn't have that money with me). But the staff after finding out, that I was staying for 1 night only, didn't require it anymore.The cooling effect of the air conditioner was very weak. I'm used to set the temperature on 27-28 degrees, here I had to set 24 to achieve the same level of comfort.

I liked the funky decor. Soft lighting, chesterfield lounge etc.

The over bath shower was hard to get in and out of.

Good location and value for money. Kindly provide more complimentary water bottles, when necessary.

I booked the premier room with balcony which was excellent (i read reviews that said that the room was too dark but not so on the upper floors 3rdThe room was a good size with comfortable bed, nice couch and table. There is a safe,fridge and flat screen TV. All lighting is controlled by a touch pad. Big bathroom with a shower over a bath. Air con worked really well and not too noisy.. the balcony is very small with a stand up table but no chairGood enough for smokers.I didn’t eat at the hotel but the coffee was ok but expensiveThe location is ok, about 8 min walk to Asok BTS.No traffic noiseThis is a boutique hotel which I strongly recommend

Not a lot.Lack of English TV channels, but no big deal

FRONT DESK STAFF SO NICE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL . CAN BE WALKING TO SHOPPING MALL WHICH NEAR BY AND SURELY IT CLOSE TO ENTERTAINMENT AREA ON THE NIGHT.

AT FIRST CHECK IN TO THE ROOM WERE FOUND TELEVISION NOT WORKING THEN THEY CHANGE TO THE OTHER ROOM ฺWHICH LOWER RATE THAN I BOOK WHICH NOT ANY BREFUND FROM HOTEL.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, i had an amazing, huge suite with large bathroom and walk in shower, on the enclosed and covered balcony a big sofa and even bigger jacuzzi. The staff were excellent, room cleaning exceptional.

Hot water a little hit and miss, but it was 35 degrees outside so didn't matter at all

Comfortable bed, bedding and pillow. Our room was newly renovated and needed a few finishing touches for longer term stays.

Room is clean and comfy. Also situated in a good location nearby Terminal 21 shoppingcentre.

Staff are just not friendly and not interested in hospitality. Big difference with other Hotels. They dont even bother greeting you. They realy need to improve on that, even if this Hotel is relative good value for money.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was lovely with free toiletries. The decor of the room was great.

We booked this hotel in March 2023. January 2024 5 days before we were due to land in Bangkok and stay at the hotel we were contacted to say that there had been a mistake and the price was being increased by an extra £8 a night. Had we been able to find somewhere else to stay at such short notice we would have done. We wouldn't stay again purely for this reason.The room was very claustrophobic. There are windows but these face a wall which is about 2 inches away therefore no natural light in the room. The room is very dark (even with the lights on but 2 of the lights didn't work anyway) and due to this I hurt myself twice on the bed which has a large wooden base which sticks out all the way around. The bed is very hard but that is personal preference of course.
