it's in a great location and it's well built

cold showers no type of breakfast or treats they have a resort fee and it's no resort

I think the highlight of this hotel was the staff. They were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The location was amazing very convenient and close to many amenities. We really enjoyed our time there and I will return.

On previous occasions I have stayed at this hotel you could get breakfast,but this stay you couldn¿t.

The location is excellent. It is 10m from a train station which is a huge plus. There are many restaurants in the area with lots of night life.

The room is quite small and is a little dated.

It sounds like the property you're considering is in a really convenient location! Being near the BTS and a train station is always a huge plus for getting around. Plus, having things like currency exchange spots and 7-Eleven everywhere is a lifesaver, especially when you're running low on cash. The ATM access is definitely an added bonus.

I didn’t like the property has two different entry during the day I can enter one closer to Nana BTS and at night on the other side. That’s cool because you get options for access. But the second entrance, where you have to walk a bit further and pass by the restaurants and bars, sounds like it might be a little more discreet—easy to miss if you're not paying attention.

staff is friendly and helpful, because I lost BTS card, they help me to call hotline for cancel and borrow me hairdryer when room's hairdryer did not working well. im appreciate they send the hairdryer to us on late night.

Disappointed with My Stay – Missing headphone and Poor ResponseI had an unpleasant experience during my recent stay in Bangkok. On the night before my departure, while packing my belongings, I realized that my headphones were missing. I clearly remember bringing them with me when I checked in, and I had used them in the room earlier for a video call with my boyfriend. I left them on the table before going out for the day, knowing I would be busy shopping.When I noticed they were gone, I reported it to the front desk and asked them to check the CCTV footage. Unfortunately, the staff told me the footage was unclear because my bag, headphones, and even my hair were all black, making it hard to see anything on the video. I didn’t have enough time to speak with the manager because I had to rush to the airport, but I left feeling disappointed and helpless.While I understand it’s difficult to prove what happened, I feel very uneasy about how this situation was handled. It left a bad impression and affected my overall experience in Bangkok.

Location great but it's very close to main road so a little noisy. No windows view its white out so it's a bit Lindsey with no natural light. But location is great 2 min from sky train nanna stop

It had noriceable bad odors once you walk through front door; my room door had been previously repaired but not well and it took a huge effort to open the door each time. First time i took a shower i had an inch of standing water due to a clogged drain. They did fix the drain upon request.

I like the bed and the location close to the Sukhumvit line, and the proximity of restaurants and bars.

The shower came close to flooding each time, and it would have been nice to be able to open the window a bit.
