room was exactly like in the 3d tour on adelphi website, you get what you chose. location is in the quiet alley very close to busy street and BTS station, staff is helpful but not annoying

bed is very soft, i have a sensitive lower back and i felt destroyed every morning after i was "sinking" in the mattress every night, fitness center felt old and not well maintained (recumbent bike foot strap is broken), room soundproofing isn't very good either, if your neighbour is not super quiet you're gonna hear everything

Fabulous staff, great location (near Sukhumvit but away from the noise), excellent layouts, amazing view.

Everything was great from the very kind and helpful staff to the amenties and the spotless clean rooms and comfy beds. And the location was perfect as well, at the heart of a modern and vibrant area where everything you need is walking distance away

Great place — spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. You may need to walk a bit or take a MuvMi, but there are supermarkets and convenience stores in the alley. Highly recommended.

Quiet location, best soft bed.

Plastic type sofa/chairs and no kettle. And sun only at the pool until 11am.

:The hotel is lovely and has a great atmosphere. There is a 7-Eleven very close to the hotel, which is very convenient.The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They were available for every request and made us feel very welcome.The room was very spacious, well organized, and mostly very clean. The gym was great and more than sufficient for our needs.Breakfast is mostly adapted to the local cuisine. It took us a bit of time to find options that suited us, but everything we tried was very tasty.The location is quite central and close to many rooftop bars.

The bathroom and shower were reasonably clean, but not as clean as we expected.The bathtub is quite high, so you need to be careful when getting out.The hotel is a bit far from malls and some tourist attractions, which sometimes made it slightly harder to find a Grab, but overall it was manageable.

Quiet street in a nice area. Close to Sukhumvit street with skyline stations, shopping centers, convenient stores, nightlife, bars. Pretty much all you need close by. The staff are all super nice and helped us get a sightseeing car for the day off.

Hot water sometimes stopped working or would not come on at all. The AC was a little noisy. Breakfast was very simple. The window curtains could not be completely closed so the sun came in early every morning.

The quietest hotel I’ve stayed at in Bangkok (and I’ve stayed at a lot!). The soi is relatively free of traffic and the hotel is located far enough away from Sukhumvit so there is no traffic noise, yet it’s only a 2-3 minute walk. Minimal noise from other rooms. The soundproofing is very good. Air conditioning is also quiet. The room was clean, spacious and recently renovated. Staff were friendly and polite.

The room felt a bit barren with minimal furniture and decoration as well as limited kitchen dishes and such. Milk coffee from the restaurant is poorly made by automatic machine. The pillows are far too soft.

Quiet, good beds!

A bit too sterile, no sofa pillows and sofa/chairs were not of nice material.. .

-The washing machine in my suite was high quality (Electrolux), and the reception provided me with a drying rack upon request. -The pool was nice-Location was surprisingly quiet

Location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to the MRT, 7-Eleven, and several supermarkets. If you prefer staying in the Sukhumvit area, this hotel is a great choice: comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool area is spacious and relaxing.I especially appreciated the complimentary late check-out and luggage storage. The in-room washing machine was a huge plus—very convenient for business travelers or if you happen to spill some tom yum on your white t-shirt!

We checked in after 22.00 there was no lobby bar opened, no possibility to grab some snack etc.

Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Bed was fabulous & black out curtains rocked. Staff was superb,kind and helpful. Pool was nice.Tops market & 7-Eleven very nearby and the little massage place down from 7-Eleven was a jewel. The giant malls are amazing and fabulous restaurants everywhere! Even a wonderful Michelin Star Thai restaurant(reasonable) in Emquartie, Luke Kai Thong Royal Thai Restaurant.( Must have reservations/booking)on 6th or 7th floor.

Not being able to flush toilet paper in the toilet was new for us, but the bidet was helpful. We survived!

Value for money, good location, very clean, room size is good

The location is excellent, and the room is very comfortable—offering great value for money. It is situated in a quiet area, yet still provides easy access to all the lively spots along Sukhumvit Road.

Great location, large, modern and well-equipped comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities. Nice staff. Nice food via room service.

Breakfast buffet could be improved.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. Very close to BTS. Great gym, nice pool and very nice staff.

They didn't have to room I booked, didn't like the balcony right next ro the pool.

Bit far from main road. Unfortunately the time I arrived theres construction going on on my floor

It was t about the property but a guest from India was using his filthy hands to pick up the food at breakfast. I had to say something the guy was disgusting. It might be his custom in India but not in the rest the world .
