Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom

Good location and large room. Excellent staff.

We had to wait 30 mins past our check in time to go to our room.

We got a spacious and clean room.

The The master bedroom?s shower room experienced water clogging, but the hotel promptly resolved the issue. However, I believe the hotel should conduct thorough checks of the rooms before allowing guests to occupy them.

I like it's location being walking distance from the pier, we were able to to visit most of the tourist place we planned to see. The boat ride is quick, quite comfortable and reasonably-priced.

We arranged and pre-paid Centre Point for a Nov. 20, 2023 half a day tour of Nong Nooch Botanical Garden in Pattaya and a limousine transfer to Laem Chabang port. Once we arrived at the Garden the driver is demanding entrance fee (already pre-paid).

- Room bigger than expected,in fact 2. - 3. different rooms - Extraordinairy Breakfast, simply great -Washing machine inside the room (great for a family) - Huge Pool - Nice and friendly staff, very helpful - Well equipped fitness room

The proximity to the BTS

Everything was excellent! The team is super friendly. Tne place is clean, location is just exceptional.

The hotel is very well situated. Central store is on the ground floor. The hotel is close to all the beautiful sites and within walking distance. I am unfortunattely not able to walk properly, so I was able to organise a taxi at short notice, either the Tuk Tuk or a Grab. Breakfast was good and everything was refilled when they ran out.

Great location! Next door to a little shopping center where you can find a pharmacy, exchange currency, clothing, misc, etc. And there's also a food court and restaurant with many options. Waking distance to the tourist boat route stop. Breakfast was great! They offer local and western menu, so fresh and yummy! The room as big, clean and comfortable. The gym was well-equipped. We had a great stay.

The hotel room was huge and roomy , very clean , friendly staffs, buffet breakfast varieties, connected to The Central shopping mall. Easy access with Grab , taxi and Tuk tuk.

Location: near Saphin taxi BTS and boats to iconsiam. Also near Silom street so lots of markets, restaurants and massage places.Impressively, it is annexed to Central mall separated by sliding glass doors from elevator area in the lobby, super practical!Room cleanliness and space: very clean, attentive daily room service and very spacious room and bathroom. Our balcony had river view which was great too. Beds relatively comfortable with soft and hard pillows provided and labeled on the cover.Nice pool, good water temp. was able to swim laps in it despite the uneven shape. Two lobbies at L and F levels and a kids area. Free good quality nescafe machine serving various drinks in addition to snacks in lobby till 6 pm, which was a nice gesture.

A minor issue is that bathroom sink had very weak cold water and to get water pressure water had to be really hot.Some drilling took place during mornings near elevator area, and room keepers were talking loudly some mornings but took care when we asked them to keep it low to be able to sleep.Reception ladies were not too kind, possibly overwhelmed with volume. They denied us a one hour late checkout request, which wasn’t very nice.

The location is great. It's near the river and close to different sightseeings. The room was very big and clean. We also liked that we got some welcome box with snacks, soft drinks and water. Hotel has swimming pool, sauna and Game Room. special thanks for the Game Room, our kids played aerohockey and kicker for free. and parents could take some coffee and snack. It's a first time in my life I see such service. We would definitely got back to this hotel again.

We loved the location. There was a shopping mall right under the hotel. It’s close to Asiatique and IconSiam mall. We booked a 2 double beds and they were spacious for us and the kids.

The house keeping did not clean the room well during our stay. The bedsheets and blankets stayed dirty and the floor as well.

I liked the very kind staff! The hotel' breakfast - amazing. The location - next to BTS Tahsin station and Sathorn Pier. The Central shopping center connected to the hotel. The room size, all the amenities. The people working at the hotel make also the big difference. Thank you!

The room was amazing. Even a washing machine!

I couldn't get the washing machine to just spin the hand washed clothes but was surely me. Everything dried over a day anyway.

Spacious room, lots of storage great to have a washer inside the room. Rooms were cleaned daily bottle water was replenished daily as well. Beds were comfortable.

cabinetry inside the room had a lot of wear and tear. room could use updating.
