Love that we can control the room temperature. I like my room a bit cold so I am happy for that and the room is a good size .. the bed is comfortable.. the cleaning crews always did a great job cleaning.. the hotel is a few minutes walk to skytrain ..

Not that I don?t like but I think the lobby is too small and would love to have more traditional Thai dishes offering at the restaurant

The room itself was very comfortable as were the bed and pillows. The location is excellent. The concierges were very helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast was excellent. We spent six nights here.

The location is perfect and the crew is good.

I've orderd a room for a couple and been told that it's only with breakfast for one person!How come???Booking doesn't even have achoice of ordering a room for couple with one breakfast.Shame.

Perfect location across National Stadium on corner of major Rama 1 Road, just a 5-10 minute walk to major malls, the Bangkok Art and Culture Center and Jim Thompson House. Easy walk to restaurants and to book grab car service. Very nice fine dining restaurant and rooftop bar on the property.

No noise insulation from bathroom. You can hear everything from the bedroom. The pool deck was a bit awkward in design, but good enough for a nice cool dip.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent. The staff were very kind and upgraded my room to a studio, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I truly felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The hotel services were outstanding, and everything was well organized and professional. The location is amazing, very convenient and close to shopping malls. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my requests. The gym is decent and the pool area made you feel like you were in the Caribbean. The roof top bar offers spectacular views of the city. The breakfast buffet was great with different Thai dishes.

Central location everything was great! Breakfast was superb. Restaurants are Michelins class ! The staff are incredible. Will stay there again !

Cool design and modern rooms. Best location, convenient to so many attractions like the MBK mall, SkyTrain stop and the cultural center.

Wished for more local cuisine options in the restaurants. Mostly served western food and so we had to dine out to get local experience.

It was beyond my expectations. Breakfast was top notch, room was clean cozy I love the room staff was very attentive and explained almost all procedures in detail. Friendly environments plus point for me was every single staff understands and speak English, no communication problem at all.

The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping malls and the metro station. The internet connection was good and reliable.

The hotel does not fully meet 5-star standards compared to nearby hotels. It requires overall improvement. General cleanliness was average, and the food quality was also average, similar to what you would expect in a 3- or 4-star hotel.

The hotel was great for our family of 4 (adults). Spacious rooms nicely decorated and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever had with so many options to make everyone happy. I would stay there again!

Great location, very friendly staff who helped follow up on our lost luggage (several times!), they cancelled our first night without us having to ask when our flight was delayed. Very kind staff at the desk, restaurant, pool bar and skybar.

The pool was small for such a large hotel and there weren’t very many sun loungers. They also ran out of pool towels for several hours. The bigger issue was that our room had a nearly see-through window between the bedroom and the bathroom, looking directly onto the toilet. Privacy was an issue.

Nice location, near to the bts train station, 5 mins walking to the MBK mall. Hotel was clean, staff were courteous. Breakfast was excellent and good quality. Rooms were clean and room service was awesome. Certainly will come back.

The location , breakfast and facilities is amazing

The staff is helpful and lovely, ready to help with anything that you need. I also like the location of the hotel. Also the newly remodeled pool area was wonderful.

The room was spacious and clean with a view of National Stadium. The breakfast had a lot of choice.While the water temperature was a bit nippy, the pool and the lounging area were great.Wifi was perfect. I had to work from the room and had no issues with video calls.

As it was a connected room, there wasn't enough sound insulation with the next room; I kept hearing noise from the adjacent room.While very good, the breakfast was mainly a continental offering; I would have appreciated more Asian and fruit offerings.

Loved the rooftop bar at sunset, breakfast was really good and the location is great very close to MBK and Paragon
