Centre Point Sukhumvit 10

I’ve stayed at several properties in the area and this was my favorite. The customer service is excellent and the common areas (lobby and outdoor ‘green area’) were comfortable and spacious. I paid extra for a renovated room and it was worth it.

The beds were hard! In my experience hotels in this price range usually have softer beds in Bangkok. If the beds were nicer I would have given this hotel a 10 / 10 score.

Location, staff, gym and restaurant

The service was excellent. The view of the park was fantastic. Both pools were great ...used the first floor pool in morning and the 7th floor pool in evening for the view around Bangkok.....and the sauna afterwards....fantastic facilities!!

The professionalism of the staff and employees that I met there And let's not forget that incredible breakfast buffet it keeps me coming back for more

Quiet

Clean and kind service

The location is very quiet at the same time close to ASOK BTS, hotel has tuk tuk to drive you to main road frequently, facilities are good like washing machine and microwave cooking tools, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast has lots of choice, the lake park nearby is good for a morning walk.

The shower head is hanging very low so you have to bend to wash your hairLift is bit small, strangers will feel awkward to take in the same car.The bed is easily sunken sometimes

Clean, amazing staff, exceptional facilities!Great shuttle service, pool and gym!

One of the 4 elevators is very of and not meet the hotel standards.

The hotel location, cleaners and quite

Very nice, clean and modern room after they renovated, close to Terminal 21 and foods court on Sukhumvit Road. Staffs were polite and accommodating.

Our room was very big and we had everything we need there. Location is perfect, very close to crazy main street where everything is going on, but in hotel you can relax in peace.

The property is clean, nice gym nice swimming pool great shuttle service

Room was nice and spacious / breakfast had lots of choice/ pool was nice

A very solid choice, rooms are comfortable and seem recently renovated, pool is nice. We initially had a room with a bad smell and they were happy to move us. On the minus side, a long walk to the main road but they have a tuk tuk running all the time. Also the main road has a seedy side which is hard to avoid. In the other direction is a lovely park for walking or cycling. The breakfast was pretty average and got very crowded and busy. Free coffee in the lobby is nice.

They could do better with the breakfast.

Nice size room with small kitchen area including microwave, sink, mini fridge and cabinets. There was also a small desk and a sofa in the room. Very quiet at night.

Location is poor. The hotel is roughly 500 meters from the main road (Sukhumvit). The hotel does offer a free shuttle service which runs constantly, however, the shuttle only has 6 seats and was full every time I used it. There is ALWAYS a queue to use the shuttle. There is a step to get into the bathroom. Why? I'm guessing this is to keep water in the bathroom and out of the bedroom in the event of a leak, but honestly, just build the bathroom properly and there is no need for the step. As it is, the step is a tripping hazard especially at night.

Rooms were nice and big

I got food poisoning first day from hotel’s restaurant, which ruined our holiday and waste of money to hospitals..

Room service was very fast and efficient. The hotel facilities are good, especially the gym and swimming pool. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family stay. I appreciate that guests should receive the same room type as shown in the photos on Booking.com. The shuttle service (TikTok shuttle) was a fantastic feature and very helpful for getting around the main roads. It is really good location around the shopping centers

At check-in, we were initially given an old room that did not match our booking. However, after reporting the issue, the staff handled it well and upgraded our room, which we appreciated. The furniture in the rooms is quite old and needs renovation or upgrading. Additionally, the breakfast price is rather expensive compared to the overall value.

The hotel is in a great location. The pool is nice and the breakfast and the restaurant are great.

Great room. Excellent views. Wonderful service. Cleaned beautifully everyday. Couldn't ask for better location. Wonderful facilities. Staff always ready to assist and offer help when needed.I've akways enjoyed staying here. Its very safe for everyone...families, couples, friends and lone travellers.

Great location, clean rooms, great stuff! The free shuttle option is helpful.

There is no dehumidifier or condenser in the AC so everything, especially the bed becomes wet very fast. It is very disappointing and uncomfortable.
