Some of the rooms smelled heavily of mothballs . Lots of moths in the room. Decor could be improved S well as qualities of the finishings. Gym is too small

Staff was friendly, respectful and helpful. Definitely recommend to everyone. Located close to anything you would need. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Breakfast is good, and the location is the best, near the train...boat/ferry it's easy to go somewhere then near the shopping mall and restaurants.

Location was ok, good food options within 5-10 walking distance. Noise wasn’t an issue for me.

God forbid you’re not happy with the room and request a refund. Staff make you feel like it’s ruin their entire year for speaking up if you’re not happy. Offcourse, conversations are in English, and I don’t speak Thai, so communication is always going to be challenging. Room was not up to standard, and WIFI didn’t connect in the first room I was given. I actually think they thought I was lying about the WIFI not working until I showed them a photo showing it wasn’t connecting. Their tone changed a bit after that. Had to communicate back and forth between staff and booking.com and it was just very frustrating. One of the staff actually told me to request a free cancellation on the app, so I did. Then they rejected it haha. What the hell? They wouldn’t refund full amount without charging a full first night (cancellation policy), so I stayed one night and got my refund for the rest. The WIFI in new room they put me in worked but then the shower had some mould in it (thanks), and I noticed little dead gnat flies squashed on the walls. New room needs better cleaning and attention to detail. Overall, negative experience. Bed was uncomfortable and felt like I lost time and money out of it.

Location was very good. Also, we were lucky getting a room right next to the swimming pool and garden.

Bed - we thought they forget to put mattresses. Sleeping on this bed was comfortable at all. Bathroom - whenever we went to shower or bathe, we flooded the bathroom, no matter how careful we were. Better solution would be shower or at least glass door along the entire length of the bathtub. Also, some extra lightning was missing. Something by the mirror...The door doesn't have an automatic closing system. When you open it wide while going outside, the door stays open until you reach for the handle and close it.

The staff are generally nice, but there were many service lapses.We arrived after the official check-in time, yet our room was still not ready and we were asked to wait. We then requested that our luggage be delivered to our room while we went out for a late lunch. Instead, we were made to wait again, only to find out that our luggage had been brought to the storage room instead of the room. We were told this was because the bell staff did not have a room key, which was quite surprising, as even budget hotels usually manage this basic service.Housekeeping is also inconsistent. Sometimes they come as early as around 9:00 AM, and other times as late as 3:00 PM. Even when I specifically requested room cleaning through the reception, it was hit or miss, sometimes it was done, sometimes it wasn’t. That said, the quality of the cleaning itself is excellent. The cleaning lady was very kind and apologetic, and I truly understand that this was not her fault.The sauna and gym are extremely small and realistically can only accommodate a maximum of three people.Lastly, room access raised some security concerns. Guests are given only one key card. On one occasion, I asked staff to escort me to my room because my partner was already asleep. No identification was requested, and they brought me up immediately. I hope this was because we had stayed long enough for them to recognize me and remember my room number, but it still felt concerning from a security standpoint.

The loan was clean and well lit. Oh, all amenity were provided. There were plenty of power outlet and the Wi-Fi was fast.

It was close to everything. Also the staff left me a birthday cake in my room for my birthday. I thought that was a really nice touch

The drapes were falling down. Also no microwave or iron in the room. The hotel wants you to pay them to iron. The hotel supplies slippers but they didn't have any in the room. There was a lady in the dinning hall that kept asking me am I going to pay for breakfast. I explained to her there was a really nice gentleman that told me to wait until I finished eating before I paid. He still insisted I pay right away. This happened on several occasions.

Room is really nice. There is a robe, slippers and everyday supply of bottled water. It is located in the residential and quiet neighborhood. Few minutes walking distance to BTS. The staff are very nice.

This is not the hotel to experience the street food and other Bangkok's hustle and bustle. The shower area needed more cleaning, thoroughly clean the mold and walls. The breakfast, either none or buy the whole duration of your stay.

The staff were below standard—slow and not very friendly. The room was supposed to have a king-size bed, but instead two single beds were pushed together. They kept moving apart, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Cleanliness is not the best.

I stayed for 10 days. Absolutely loved it. Fantastic breakfast buffet. My room was extremely comfortable. Everything was great.

Room service can be a bit slow at times and the couch in my room’s fabric was stained.

Well located and the staff was very nice. I was allowed to do early checkin and because I left before the breakfast, they were kind enough to prepare me a breakfast box

The room design is terrible, the walls are thin and you can wear people talk in the next room. The bathroom and the room had a mold smell, it is most likely from the shower which has a flawed design that doesn't allow any air flow.
