Walking on narrow Silom Soi 3 can be difficult if one is not familiar with Bangkok.

Excellent location with easy access to public transport the BTS and the MRT walkable neighborhood a day market and the night market nearby not far from lumpini Park it's just great incredible staff very helpful and accommodating and we're willing to change to an accessible room for one of my travel companions

You can't beat the location. The hotel in a 5 min walk to the Gayborhood and in the middle of two BTC stations. There are plenty of restaurants around the property. It is located on a busy side street, and it can be a bit tight finding space to walk since the sidewalks a very narrow or none existent. The hotel has a beautiful pool to cool off in after a busy day in the city. The breakfast is plentiful. The property could use some renovating, especially the tiny bathroom. But the room is big compare to most Bangkok hotel rooms.

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a variety of tasty offerings that I enjoyed. The pool was a nice, refreshing treat to help offset the heat of Bangkok. I was expecting a package to be delivered, but it didn't arrive before I left. They were willing to go the extra mile to ensure the package would follow me to my next destination in Thailand. I really appreciated them taking extra steps to accommodate me in my time of need.

NOTHING!Everything was fine. They were very good at making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Greeting me every morning and every evening. Happy to answer all my questions. When I come back to Bangkok, this hotel will be my first choice.

It was well located . Breakfast and staff amazing

My room 311 and hallway was very moldy. I couldn’t sleep and was sick and coughing the whole time I stayed at the hotel. As soon I left the room I could breathe again and stop coughing.

The staff, the pool area, location and the 1 bedroom suite was great. Lots of room and a tv in both rooms was great for my daughter and I.
