Bangkok Palace Hotel

Little effort made to keep premises and too Clean. Insects in my room a constant challenge with a borderlineinfeststion. Staff resigned to nit help feeling there was little they could do. I am extremely unhappy. Don¿t stay here- ever!

1. Check in was a challenge: They did not give us a room with a double bed despite asking for it from before 2. They promised to change it the next day but did not honour the promise 3. There were cockroaches in our room 4. Rude staff

The pool was big and clean. The room service was really good.

The breakfast buffet wasn't worth it. A sign in the room noted one price and then when i arrived it was a higher price because i didn't have a coupon.

It was a big room.

It was next to a club that kept me awake all night. I didnt feel safe in the area. People came back drunk every night.

Very nice hotel at a good price, Restaurant was 24 hours so you can order food anytime of day.

Mostly Indian Restaurants and bars nearby which is not a problem but i feel is something anyone booking should know.

I enjoyed my stay at the Bangkok Palace. Obviously an older hotel, it was what I was looking for. Charm and personality. Staff were efficient and friendly. The lobby restaurant was a pleasant experience. I think previous reviews about cleanliness and staff attitude are made with malicious intent. I will visit again. Well done and thank you Bangkok Palace. ?

Location is shit, dark on the street and super dangerous, hotel is very old, even front desk staffs can’t say proper English and with bad attitude, the room is even worse, stinks and not clean. And not using room card but very old key, don’t feel safe at all. Should had trust all those bad reviews, cause they are not wrong. Booked 4 nights and only checked in for 5 mins, couldn’t stay any longer so check out straight away. And they refuse to refund. Very bad!

Overall is value for money

The bed comfortability can be improved .. quality of the mattress and the blankets. The location of the hotel is not really pleasant in the sense need to walk a distance to the bts and nearby neighborhood mostly are Indian food

The location is in center, but under a dark side of road bridge, the hotel takes ages to provide room service and the bathroom was completely broken. While asleep at 8 am they were banging or constructing something right above our room and bedsheet were dirtly.

The bathroom was broken top of all the people at reception were very rude to each guest they spoke to.

Swimming pool. Big room. Security boxes. Travel agent outside hotel in alley.

Pathetic hotel, more pathetic staff. Specially the night duty property manager Mr. Alex and Bell desk person Mr. Apian

No cleanliness , worst behavior of staff specially towards Indians.

You people cut the power only in rooms purposely 1.5 before 12pm just to kick customers out early.
