Centric Place Hotel

This building is basically a condo building turned into Hotel, so the room is quite much spacious compared to normal hotel room (imagine like you like in a condo without the kitchen). The lighting decor is nice (but only for those people who prefer dark, spotted lighting), the room is clean. The building is located in a soi (alley), not in a tourist area so you can experience the way of life of normal Thai people around. The alley has a market which you can have breakfast or buy some food/ fruit, It's also close to lot of local eateries, 7 eleven shops, massage parlor so it's convenient for you to go eat out or book Grab food or buy something in a convenient store or just enjoying a food massage after a long day of walking.

The hotel is not close to any major public transport station, the most convenient way of travel to the city center or to other places is taking Grab bike/taxi.

Good location, street food, Central, Lotus and MRT nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful. Price was pretty good for the location.

Furnishing are ok, but could use updating. Floor tiles and beds are in need of replacement.

The location is convenient, there’s a 7-11 next door which helps a lot if you want to eat something during the night or even breakfast. The metro is very close, the facilities are great, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Big room with a comfortable bed. The location is perfect; about 5 minutes from MRT Phra Ram 9.There is a 7/11 next door and many selections of street food nearby.The staff and housekeepers are excellent. Check-in was quick.

The internet is very fast and stable, but it requires a new password every 4 days. Not an issue for short stays but something to keep in mind for longer business trips.

The room was very spacious, good air con with TV and very nice hot water for the shower. Friendly and helpful staff too. I would like to stay there again next time

Very old Old room, Extra hard mattress, dirty couch, a lot of noise from street, noisy air con.. Etc..

I stay here for the location- walking distance to central Rama 9 and awesome food stalls in Soi plus laundry on street.

It is definitely declining in quality/standard over the years- no restaurant now, can feel springs in bed, hallways dreary, rooms dark etc… having said that, we always walk away happy with our stay cause of proximity to everything and at the end of the day, it is cheap and comfy!

Near Market, MRT and Mall

The color of the doesn’t match the color of the curtains and they have old furniture in the room.

Nothing. It was bad.

The room is not 3-star level as it was stated, poor condition, no soap in bathroom, air conditioner is not working, the elevators are not working.

Location is convenient due to proxility to metro (MRT) and mart with many shops and restaurants.

Hotel is old with evidence of little or no maintenance or investment. I had a broken bed during one of this year's stays (we moved to many places back&forth from/to BKK). Hotel still announces a restaurant while it is closed since covid. Our last stay before covid was in April 2019; at this time one of the 2 lifts of the hotel failed. This is our 2nd stay since 2022 and still the left-side lift is out of operation. A shame !

I come to this hotel since 10 years. When it had breakfast included, and with former staff, it was a really good deal. But now, after covid, no breakfast any more and no maintenance. During this vacation I had 2 stays in this hotel. At 1st stay, door of the room was "simply" not locking properly despite looking like actually closed; also the bed was broken and this was so visible that impossible for personnel to miss this detail. At 2nd stay the small locker was not working. Now on, what you can get at coming to this hotel is just... random. No investment since many years... More likely your experience will be bad, or deceiving at least, with a significantly high probability.

the pool is close at 7pm, i think 9pm is better and breakfast is only chicken or pork meat only ? ( not have fish, shrimp or... )

It has now been 9 or 10 years that I sytematically book this hotel when staying in BKK. Main values for me are 1) cleaniness, 2) high convenience to transfer from/to airport (phra ram 9 MRT station is one station next to phetchaburi/makhasan station to airport link train) and 3) it is 5/10 min walk from phra ram 9 "fortune" mall with many, many shopping opportunities and restaurants, 4) all this for cheap as compared to average hotel prices in bkk.

I still like the hotel for big size of rooms, location, cleaniness. But I get progressively deceived by lack of investment and even regression. Before covid the hotel was serving very convient ang good international buffet breakfast; now it does not anymore. I checked in 3 times during this vacation stay and 2 out of times the safe locker was out of order. On 1st checkin one of the 2 elevators came out of order and when reaching back 3 weeks later still only 1 of 2 elevators was working. It looks like owners of this property are progressively "giving up" for minimal cost (and service) approach, and this makes me sad. I think that I will look for alternative hotels around but I am not pleased with this perspective...

Kind staff. Room got cleaned every day. Room was spacey. Room has windows. Was super close to both the MRT and Jodd Fairs, which was a big pro.

The bed was really bad, you could feel the springs inside it.
