Rude staff, rooms were not clean, hotel is in disrepair, many items in the room broken.

Bed bugs and broken shower. Bedroom and bathroom are not upto the mark with torn towels.

There was no positive. Dirty, cold shower, the shower floor was disgusting and the mattress was like a rock. They charged me 40 US dollars for a taxi to my next destination that should have been no more than 5 or 6 US dollars. I was ignorant to then.

Weve been three nights there. A large, clean and beautiful room with extra kitchen (no cooking materials) and a couch. In the room you always can listen the very nice moderate wind blowing surrrounding the hotel. All in all good to relax.

In our last night there was significant noise due to loud door bumps over longer time.

The beds were too hard for my liking. A bed more in between the softest and hardest mattress would be better.

Nice big room with large fridge. Towels were better than the last 4 star hotel we stayed in. Decent shower but wall tiles grubby. No safety deposit box as advertised. Bed on the firm side. Poor quality reception on tv. Shuttle transfer to the airport is three times more expensive than bolt. 500 THB deposit on room which could be a problem for people low on cash at the end of their trip.. No kettle in room but hot water dispenser in reception.

Having messaged the hotel twice for transfer, when I phoned from the airport to find where they were, l was told " driver gone home, you get taxi " this was at 15.00, was not happy. Will not be staying again.

The room is nice, large open area with a separate kitchen and balcony area. Has a lot of outlets and good desk area. The staff are okay, the cleaning is excellent and nice. It is in a great area, 2 shopping malls and numerous restaurants in the area.

Not much to complain about, it was a good temporary stay but some noisy guests at times. The room is pretty quiet but you can hear the other guests if they aren't considerate of others.

The car park and the market only a few hindred metres up the road

Check-in went smoothly, or so I thought. Paid a 500 baht key deposit as well as a shuttle to the airport leaving very, as well as car parking. The first room I was given, stank of cigarette smoke, The second room smelled better but everything was wrong. The door to the toilet couldn't be opened because it hit the toilet bowl, there were no spoons to stir a cup of coffee and apart from 2 cups, a fridge and a kettle, there were no other utensils at all. The bed was also rock hard. The lounge was broken and really uncomfortable and the TV was good watching if you're ThaiChecked out very early and asked about the shuttle to be told I had not ordered one. That got sorted, but only because I was refunded 200 baht in coins and paid for a taxi instead.When I returned to collect my car, I'd booked in for another night and the transfer did turn up eventually. Different room but the same issues, lumpy, rock-hard bed, but in fairness the air-con worked, though the lounge was horrible again.When I left, I handed in my key and expected to be given a 500 baht note which I'd given over the night before., but the night staff tried to give me coins again. Managed to get that sorted out and was seriously happy to leave.If you read about the facilities, this place sounds very good but the reality is completely different. Yes they have a restaurant - that only serves breakfast, so if you want any food, you need to walk the 500 metres to a 7/11 or the food market, which closes around 6pm. I never saw a minibar, there were no cleaning products of any kind and certainly not any laundry dryer.Given the hundreds of other options in Lat Krabang, I'd urge anyone needing an airport hotel to find another property. This place is simply thebad..

Airport shuttle to the hotel efficient and friendly. Room very spacious and well equipped.

The hotel is not the most luxurious but provides excellent value for money.
