Chatrium Sathon Bangkok

This hotel is family friendly with big size rooms and enyertaining pool. I recommend this hotel to family traverler. This hotel will be on my top list if i visit BKK again.

Nothing much.

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Staff were friendly.

Convenient location Good discount offered for breakfast

Large selection of breakfast, directly by the pool and between lots of green trees and flowers, very idyllic. Size of the pool is good, a few more sunlounger would be nice. The room was clean, tidy, large, and the possibility to wash clothes was appreciated as well.

Very large apartment for a family of four. Well equipped, clean and well maintained. The staff was great and the restaurants very good !

The hotel is about 30 minutes by taxi from the main attractions. It is not a problem, but needs to be considered in the schedule.

The property was great . Had 3 restaurants and breakfast buffet every morning. That coffee shop was very good with variety of foods and great coffee. There was a full gym and swimming pool in a great setting.

The property itself is not in a town area but has a mall 1 km from hotel, got 7-11 same street and food places around

Service, Staff, Room, Facilities, BreakfastAlmost everything was good, just the view from rooms and balconies could have been better.

Can't complaint about the services and property. The rates were too high for the group of 6 but rest all was fantastic.

The breakfast and pool are excellent. Great hotel if you have kids, the in-room laundry machine was useful, and the staff go above and beyond.

No complaints

clean and spacious rooms. Brakfast is good too. Free shuttle bus to popular destination

Location isn't near to BTS station. So, we have to go during off peak hour with grab.

breakfast is excerlent so clean and spacious the staff was so friendly and the check-in and the check out was so fast and smoothvery friendly , the pool excerlent room cleanliness good location is very close to the BRT and malls. All facilities are also available.”

My family and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. We truly enjoyed all the facilities — the kids’ play area, the beautiful swimming pool, and the breakfast, which offered many delicious halal options. The hotel staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made our stay even more special. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Bangkok.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything about the hotel was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was excellent and met our expectationsThe pool was wonderful and easy to access The room was big enough for the family and dine in

A great stay at this hotel

**Professional Version:** "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room upgrade and early check-in were greatly appreciated, especially as they made our family trip more comfortable. The facilities are excellent, the location is convenient, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit." And special thanks for the reseption staff ?

perhaps location far away from center Bangkok

Amazing breakfast lovely rooms

Set out a bit in the middle of nowhere. Very expensive.

Fantastic room, spacious and clean. Great poolArea and facilities for kids. It was walking distance to the Cetral Rama shopping centre too which was great.

The location was a little out from main attractions but was a very safe and clean area.

Fabulous hotel with great facilities! The pool is amazing and the staff are polite and attentive - nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast had a great selection of tasty foods and drinks. A great place for families!

The only thing I didn’t like was how far it was from Bangkok centre. In peak hour it took us over an hour to get into the city centre via taxi - a trip that should be about 15/20 mins outside of peak hour. My tip would be to organise your trip into the city well outside of peak hour or busy times. Return to Sathorn from Bangkok city centre was not an issue.

Breakfast and facilities were amazing, room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly and had excellent engish.

Access to public transport was difficult given the location. Taxi was our primary method of transport.

Property was very nice and clean.Breakfast was very good with nice options.

I was provided with a torn towel (holes) on day 2.Room service needs to have checks in place.

Pool was amazing. Pool bar absolutely great. Room had a nice layout, large enough to relax.
