Great location, friendly staff, beautiful room. Could not be happier

The staff is first rate!

The bathroom with the little steps, the shower always flooded because of the modeling.

The location is great. The room is always clean. More than anything, I love the staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmine City Hotel in Bangkok and would happily return. The location is absolutely excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Asoke Station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient.The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming throughout our stay. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel was especially family-friendly, which made a big difference for us.What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a fantastic hotel with a great location, clean rooms, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Bangkok.

Property is situated in a central location. There are few restaurants and supermarkets which are open 24 hours also near to the hotel.

Breakfast is not the best if you stay for long period. We stayed 5 days and everyday the breakfast was same. Need to improve that.

The breakfast buffet was good. It had all you need for breakfast.

tTe swimming pool is located between two tall buildings and does not get much sun. Small area with sun exposure to get sun tan and swimming pool water was cool. During 4 days of my stay didnt see anybody swimming.

Centrally located and near many good restaurants. Safe entrance controlled by door man and front desk.

Minor issue- it was a little hard to get in and out of tub/shower.

I love the location of the property. The property was kept clean. The room was great. The pool and hot tub area was awesome and it was all in all an enjoyable stay I highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Bangkok and be close to the train lines so you can move around anywhere in the city.

That the pool closes at 9pm but a very minor detail

The breakfast was great! Many options that would change from day to day (not all, but some). The staff was so kind and attentive. They always treated us with utmost respect and kindness. Ying was so kind and always greeted us with smile. The location was great!! Close to two metro lines. I would say it is probably the best location we could have stayed at!! The swimming pool and the gym were small but definitely did the job for me. I totally recommend this hotel.

Great location with generous staff. We didn't except much for breakfast but it's quite delicious with wide variety of food. They upgraded our room to apartment type room and thanks to that our stay was comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel for our next stay.

Batheroom design was quite strange. After we shower, the side of tab got completely soaked and it never dries out. With daily room cleaning it gets clean, but we didn't like that it always gets wet after shower.

We really appreciate the early check in. We really needed it that time. The swimming pool is great.Location is also excellent and the room size is good.Good coffee for breakfast.

Limited breakfast selection but you get what you paid for. They do not offer peanut butter ... so if you like it or craving for it.. you have to buy your own. We did not ask for it though so maybe.. it can be requested ???

The Unit was large and both rooms are ensuites with bathtubs. Bath rooms are big, spacious and clean. The Bed and comforter were good. There is also a small kitchen and washer unit for those who want to do some washing. There is also working tops for those that need to catch up on some office works. Both rooms are separated and thus there is alot of privacy.

Location is really good. Close to the train stations, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Thank you for the room upgrade. We really appreciate it.

The breakfast selection is limited but it is adequate for the price that you pay.

Good location walking distance from the Metro and BTS, as well 7 eleven and massage shops just on the ground floor same building on the road side.

Surprised that a 5 star rating hotel facilities will charge a THB 100 for an extra blanket. Nevertheless, good staying experience overall.

Great hotel, in the middle of all, on metro station, near sky train station, but you don't hear anything, great and quiet room, very maintain. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi in "sky".Enjoyed my stay very much.

A gem in the heart of Bangkok.Good location,  close to Asoke Skytrain and metro. Below it, a 24/7 supermarket , plus a 24/7 Italian restaurant and a 24/7 sandwich place. Then there are mini-markets and eateries afound.Room / studio is spacious, well equipped,  super clean.Toiletries include body lotion, besides shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast has European and Asian dishes, tasty, many options. Lovely that fruit selection includes passion fruit and rambutan. Plus, fresh fruit and frèe range eggs. Different coffee types available.Helpful staff, very polite and nice - they make the hotel really stand out.Wifi good.

A small detergent in kitchenette would be useful.
