The stuff are nice and helpful, very quiet, and nice accommodation for the money

It's a bit old but it's value for money so it's goodThey have small renovation, so they didn't have room services

Location is good. Older building and rooms.

The room was facing a massive wall.

Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The pool and rooftop were an amazing place to relax and take in all of Bangkok. We had annual health checks at Samitivej so the location was spot on. The upgrade and complimentary coffee, package acceptance, and 24 hour staff were really appreciated. They were super nice to our pet as well.

Perfect location as very close to BTS and the street soi 24 is rich with content, plenty to do. Drinking water provided daily, as well as coffee (instant nescafe) and tea.

It would be better if A/C is placed farther from the bed. Wifi is low bandwidth as all news channels are lagging

I have stayed here many times and keep coming back. The staff here are simply amazing, so very helpful and friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

The restaurant could have more variety at lunch and dinner. Mostly Indian food which i don't eat. Breakfast is good.

While obviously it is not brand new, the hotel is well-maintained and professionally managed. I found the size to be more than sufficient and the amenities (medium size refrigerator, washer/dryer and microwave as well as other kitchen equipment) to be absolutely fantastic for longer stays. More importantly, I have to underscore the Thai hospitality I generously received as a frequent client. Many thanks to all of you at Oakwood Residence!

Fabulous location. Nearest BTS is just 2 mins away and Emporium/EmQuartier just steps away from the hotel. Lots of eateries - Korean, Japanese, Thai. Even rooftop bar of Aire (Hyatt) is close by. Walk down to Davis & 24 BLVD - happening community hall for any good night. Massage parlour next to 24 BLVD is very good. We didn't take the breakfast option, but there's decent breakfast at Mercure Hotel next door. Will definitely stay here again.

Wrong building advertised (it shows the property on the opposite side Oakwood Suites) when in reality it's the older building on the left (entering from Phrom Pong BTS). I've stayed at their other property on Sukhumvit 36 and comparatively this one was quite old. Toiletries were provided for one person even though I booked for two and did not include lotion. Provided sandals were very flimsy. Didn't get time to use the pool but it was a bit small.

I like everything about this property. There nothing negative to say about this property. You can’t beat for the price I paid. It’s much better than other properties I stayed before I stayed at this property. Some area might need to renovate but they can’t do it at once, they try their best to renovate as much as possible to make sure their guests are comfortable enough during stay. For me it’s minor. Doesn’t bother me bcz I have the best location. Thank you Oakwood.

I like this hotel bcz it’s close to BTS and malls. It’s very easy to get around. Staff are very professional. They’re very helpful and have good hospitality and respect. The hotel has laundry inside my room. It also has everything I need for cooking. The house keeping staff did a very good job. It’s my favorite hotel so far.

Room is huge and AC is very strong! the washer in the room is a big plus. It might seem like it has seen better days but the whole hotel smells great and looks clean. reception are also very helpful! There is a 7-11 within 2 mins walk, very convenient as well. will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very close to Emporium and BTS station. Nice room and rooftop swimming pool.

Incredibly well located in the heart of the city and yet set back just enough to make it calm and private. Very clean and roomy, we enjoyed the two-bedroom place very much.

Nothing was not to like.

Well located, very clean, big and very friendly and helpful staff.

We got a very good rate on the place and we plan to come back in a week for another two nights. Unfortunately we didn’t get the same great rate.

Breakfast was very satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Cleaning was excellent.

Lighting in the room was quite insufficient for me. There is a swimming pool yes but it is quite small and do not have any charm to swim.

Extremely comfortable in a great location. It's nothing fancy but it's not basic either.

Instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer would be helpful

The staff were brilliant, very clean , great breakfast and in a very good position
