The staff were exceptional. They clearly care about their guests and want to accommodate any request they can. The room was clean and quiet. They welcomed us with rose pedals and a bouquet of flowers for our honeymoon. The location was lively. I don’t realize when booking that it is less than a block from one of Bangkok’s red light districts.

The bed was incredibly firm. I struggle with hip and back pain so it was uncomfortable for me. We also had issue with the air conditioner. It leaked all over the floor. Maintenance was very attentive and spent time cleaning it up and trying to fix it.

Love this hotel. I used to stay here all the time when I lived in SE Asia.

A lot has changed. Breakfast wasn’t as stellar as I remember. Staff were not as flexible as they used to be to, for example, allow a late checkout.

I booked a rate without breakfast as we only ever start the day with a barista coffee

We had separate rooms 405 and 406 and the pillows on the bed/s in both rooms were very flat, no neck support, they need to be replaced.

Loved this hotel. My new favorite hotel in Bangkok! Lovely classic design and interiors. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and bellman and breakfast waiter. Beautiful cozy rooftop pool. I really enjoyed my stay here and will come back soon.

Cons- Aircon is old and difficult to use. It's either too hot or too cold and is noisy. Lighting- the room has way too many light switches so turning everything off to go to bed is a challenge. These were minor issues and did not detract from my stay.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, perhaps because they seemed a bit short staffed the only day we were able to eat. On site restaurant was very good for dinner, reasonably priced with great food and service.

Convenient location for BTS and near to restaurants and markets. Pool on the roof is great to cool off in after the heat of the city. I like the Thai styling in the rooms. The concierge was super helpful and friendly!

The beds are hard so not as comfortable as I would like. The bathroom is dated and has a shower over bath, not great for climbing in and out of and very easy to wet the entire floor. The room was fairly clean but might have felt a bit grubby because it's dated. Stayed here before when there was a huge lobby and a welcoming atmosphere. The lobby is now a restaurant. We requested a large bed but had two singles pushed together so only one nightstand and lamp. Grrr!

Everything was good but not Excellent. I was expecting 4-star excellent everything, but it was like a good 3-star hotel

Stingy in giving water, coffee, milk powder. If I do not clean my room they dont leave water bottles outside and each time we have to phone for coffee, water, etc.

Full amenities, convenient location, hospitable staff. Clean, comfortable and value for money.

Siam Heritage is a classical "Boutique" hotel. Wonderful decor. Great, authentic furniture. Everything is wonderful. The rooftop pool is relaxing. I have stayed here numerous times over the past 20 years. It is located in a great part of town with lots of things to do nearby.

The reception this time around was not as friendly as I would have liked. Very stoic and not very accommodating or flexible when I requested a late check out. The gentleman at the Front Desk did not speak English very well and was very confusing. Upon check out, he said that I had not paid 1000 Baht deposit and refused to refund me.

Perfect location for wondering around the city, nightlife, markets etc and also very safe. Comfy beds, helpful and efficient staff, nothing to fault

Great location, walking distance to Patpong market, it's a must visit spot in Bangkok.Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby.Rooms are great, beds are comfy and we enjoyed a dip in the roof top pool to cool down.Breakfast is great with a nice variety and good coffee

Loved the feeling of the hotel, with all the rooms decirated a bit more on the traditional style. The personnel was super kind and helpful, and the pool at night comoletely alone just a highlight! Location was also superb with both metro and BTS at 10 mins walk distance max

Despite the rooms bening traditional which I love, it is true that they feel a bit in need of renovation - but do not change the style! Also the AC in my room was noisy - not a problem for me but can be for some people

Breakfast was fine; location was exactly where I wanted; staff all very friendly and helpful.

Water supply in shower couod be more plentiful.

Great central location to explore Bangkok. Great comfy bed in stylish room with lots of wood. Lovely pool on the roof - a haven after a busy day sight seeing. Good breakfast.

The pool is small and dirty. The hotel and the room is kind of outdated. The staff is not really kind or helpful.
