Metro Point Bangkok

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Even though the hotel is not located in the very center of Bangkok, getting around was surprisingly easy, with convenient access to public transport and nearby amenities. Overall, it offers great value for the price..

The parking area can get a bit tight during peak hours, but neither issue affected my stay in a significant way.

I really enjoyed my stay here.Near Big department store. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel very comfortable. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. Hightly recommend.

It’s not located in the very center of Bangkok, but getting around was still easy thanks to the convenient access to boat, bus, and the BTS/MRT.

Staffs are friendly and helpful for the front office. Burmese housekeeper isn’t helpful with Thai people and sometimes it’s difficult for she or them to understand Thai hospitality that the customers expect from the hotel.Overall it’s value for the money, close to everything

Bathroom and toilet are old and out of service. The key card doesn’t work properly it might be door lock problem.No face towels and hand towels.

Room was big, beds were ok not to hard. Staff was nice.

Dirty shower and curtain closure filthy on bottom. Breakfast buffet always cold. Slow internet and always having issues connecting. Had to get a new pw almost every other day.

The breakfast is great and superb value for money. On some days there is no buffet option available, on such days the breakfast is a bit more expensive, but still not bad. When the buffet option is available, it's great value for money!

No complaints, except that it is a bit far to walk to the nearest metro. Just use Grab taxi or Grab bike, then it's fine.So the location is good but not excellent.

Some suggestions -1.Try to provide micro oven to customers in the room2.Have plenty of Vegetarian food in the breakfast..Also level the food whether it is vegetarian or non vegetarian.3.Train the staff with more excelency of English language

Lady Receptionist is a bit confused type person. Location nearby no cheap and not many massage place and location is far from market.

The bathroom is bit of creepy. And the room looks a bit old.

Never got up in time for breakfast but it smelt nice, staff friendly and helpful even with slight language barrier.

Bed was like sleeping on concrete, but my back feels better lol.

The location is a bit far from several shopping mall. However the hotel amenities is a bit old . Need some renovation.

The location is good. It's close to a mall that offers a good exchange rate. There's also a metro close by and a few restaurants.

The bathroom was really smelling, and I am not sure if they used products when they cleaned, because we changed rooms, and the other bathroom was also smelling. I asked them if they could spray something or add something, but nothing was done, so we just stuck with it for four days.

You get what you pay for served a purpose.two 500ml of water if you get the room made up although I don't understand why they weren't put in the fridge.Lots of places to eat and shop within 1to,2 min walk and a laundry opposite.

The bedside lamp didn't work as per usual but it was repaired, no plug for the sink again.towels were thread bare sometimes got a smell from the shower drain.As I said it was cheap so I didn't expect much.sqeaky bed was a little annoying

The standard room which we booked was somehow full, and upgraded for free. Cheap but clean, big and comfortable room.

A little far from city center: if you visit famous temples and popular road, you will have to get BTS yellow line and change trains at Lat Phrao station to the MRT Blue line. It costs 81THB in one way, so if you visit Bangkok with your friends, I recommend you to take a taxi or book closer accomodations.

Excellent staff, front desk by far exceeded expectations. Good English, guided me about hotel facilities, and super helpful in getting me a taxi when I was leaving. True Thai values displayed by each employee

Major issue with washroom sink. Totally unusable because water didn't drain while running the tap. That made my stay very difficult; the solution was to stick your hands in to unplug the drain.... basically not able to use the sink . In fact made me dread coming to the hotel at night, and I can't recommend staying here just for this reason.
