The Location is like 2 blocks from the Famos ICON SIAM MALL - a world-class mall and an amazing food court.

Everything! Large room, large bathroom/ shower, rooftop sitting area with views of iconic buildings and trees. Quiet, walkable to so many things. IconSiam is a 5 min walk. 24hr front desk.

Very nice hotel, large comfortable room, large bathroom. Clean and silent. Attentive staff. Close to Saphan Taksin BTS station, and to the Sathorn Pier, stop for the Chao Phraya Express Boats that are very useful to move up and down the river. Crossing the river to reach the pier and the BTS station doesn't have to be through the bridge, there is a very frequent ferry for 5 THB. ICONSIAM also close.

I had a wonderful stay at Varmtel Hotel and I’m truly happy with my experience. From the very beginning, the reception staff were incredibly sweet, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant.The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even the room without a window was great and well thought out. The only minor downside is that sometimes noisy neighbors can be heard, but it didn’t significantly affect the overall experience.I really enjoyed the cozy common area on the first floor, where guests can relax and make tea or coffee at any time — such a lovely detail.The location is very convenient: plenty of shops, massage salons, and cafes within walking distance, and ICONSIAM is just 7–10 minutes away.Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Small, quiet, good location

Kids were noisy in the room nearby, no view, no high stool to put suitcase.

A fair room, very good located. I would highlight that the shower was floating a bit and the door to the shower room was quite different. However, besides these points, it was a very pleasent place.

I’ve stayed in fancier hotels before, but this place had something special. It felt cozy and comfortable — more like home than any other hotel I’ve tried. The staff were genuinely kind and always ready to help, and everything was clean.

The room is very spacious. It’s really clean and smell nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There’s iconsiam nearby, Chao Phraya River and many restaurants. It’s also close to Skytrain station and other choices of transportation as well.

Just need more sound proof wall cause I heard screaming and cheering up noises from other rooms but after 10PM the noises are gone so it’s okay to sleep.

Large room size. Comfortable bed. Excellent staff. Good WiFi. Homey feel. Access to kitchen and laundry. Peace and quiet location. 10 minutes walk to Icon Siam and ICS (BTS Charoen nakorn). 5 minutes walk to Pepsi Pier where you can take a ferry to Sathorn Pier.

The room comes with desk but it’s not really suitable for working. However, you can always work in the lobby or cafe nearby.

Perfect hotel for a city stay. Quiet hotel, big clean rooms, huge, amazing and comfortable bed, close to icon siam and the river for views and transportation, and within walking distance to the skyrail. Wonderful staff who helped with every question or request. Highly recommended!!!
