Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality

The staff are very nice and location is great along Pratunam area only. It is also safe and comfortable to stay, Every day cleaning and changing towels. Thumbs up to the hotel. I’ll stay again in Citin when I come back ti Bangkok Thailand.

There was a water leak at the room. Room was flooded.

The property may not be new or modern, but it’s well-kept and exceptionally clean. What truly stands out is its unbeatable location which is right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by shops, local eateries, street vendors, shopping malls and vibrant night markets. A great choice for travelers who loves shopping and eating .

The location is good because it is near to the main attractions for shopping which are can be accessed by foot to all those places. For the muslim travellers, we can find a few halal restaurant nearby.

The road leading to the hotel is too congested and narrow, so it was difficult for your transport to send or pick you up with baggages which you need to walk out of it. However,the hotel staff was really helpful in assisting us with bags.

Aircond was leaking first day. Call came and repair then was ok. Deposit had to pay 2000bahtHouse cleaning gal was very helpful.Should have breakfast and at least massage or tour complimentaryOnly given 1 pillow each .

Like1) location is ideal for tourist as it’s all walking distance to famous tourist spots such as Big C, Platinum Fashion Mall, Central World Shopping Ctr, etc. 2) Receptionist are kind of friendly and helpful when we need assistance from them.3) Hotel provide weighing machine so that it’s convenient for room guests to check their luggage weight before check in at airports which is quite thoughtful.Dislike1) I booked twin bed room which I stayed with another friend of mine, but the hotel only provide 1 room keycard to us, initially we did asked for another keycard but the receptionist told us they run out of keycard and the balance keycards were kept for upcoming guest who will stay in this hotel too. This was very inconvenient for us as my friend and I need to stick out together in and out as we only have 1 room keycards, on the third day we couldn’t stand anymore and we requested for another room keycard, finally we fought for it. I truly suggest hotel could increase their room keycards as this would bring more convenient to room guests. 2) The first night we stayed, AC was not functioning, it was warm and heat, but we still feel grateful to the technician who had came twice to fix up this problem, and we had requested for a standing fan so that we could rest for the first night after long hours on the tranportations. 3) The room and washroom is kind of old and things were getting rusty. So in terms of comfortability I rated 5 out of 10.

Location around shopping, lots of Indian restaurants.

I missed a few simple ars where one can relax, sit outside and enjy a cold beer.

The staff were accommodating, our aircon didn’t cool up in the midnight. They make sure we have comfortable cooling place. They change our room immediately

I really like the location. I already booked this hotel twice already and I'm satisfied with it. The staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints on that front. value for money.

The room for 3 people is just the room for 2 with additional bed. I was hoping for a room for 3 people so its a bit small. The aircon cannot be adjusted to the guest preference.

Centrally located to where we wanted to go and the staff were very helpful. A few minutes walk to the mall and the fast train to and from the airport.

Close to all the shops, but this is also a negative. As I feel it was too crowded

Shower area can have more wall hooks to hang towels and clothes. Shower door spoilt, water keeps coming out and making the floor wet, slippery and dangerous

The hotel was very poorly maintained! we took a connecting family room as a group of 4pax. 1. the doors wasnt even able to open well, you need a specific way to open, which was a stress!2. the plugs in the rooms looks very old, loose and dangerous!3. the water pressure from the tap are poor4. TV in one of the room was not even able to see anything, the connection is poor! 5. Pillow cases had stain!6. the aircon in one of the room, was making so much noise. Esp in the night when its quiet, it was so noisy!Highly not recommended at all!

Not all staffs have good attitude but mostly yes and some with smiles all the way...

They could have given us 2 room cards instead of 1, so that when we go out it will not be necessary for all to come back together... Because the lift need cards to get up to our hotel

The extra bed was terrible. The mattress was so thin until stack 2 bed together also not good. Not for someone to sleep on. And they even the normal mattress upside down so we had to flip the mattress in the middle of the night.
