The Ivory, Suvarnabhumi Airport

Not sure how to rate something as best. Everything was awesome. So I will say it was your staff that is the best. Checkin/out, driver to airport, breakfast server. All good!

The A/C was annoying. I like white noise in the background, but it would turn off (the cooling), but the fan would stay on for a short while the go off. The change to silence often wakes me up.

Very great value for a reasonable price. Staff was helpful and professional. Room; quiet, clean and well appointed. Location was perfect.

Starting from the shuttle to the hotelThe receptionist did not know English well and i had to spend 15 minutes explaining the difference between AM and PM and probably don't know what Customer service is and they are not properly trained in what they do

It’s a 10 minute Grab ride from Suvarnabhumi Airport and there’s a 7/11 a 5 minute walk away. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. Hot water, great water pressure, and a clean AC. There’s daily housekeeping, the staff is super friendly, and it’s in an awesome area! I highly recommend staying here and taking a walk to Wat Lan Boon, the local markets on the way are incredible (food pic below)! If you head in the other direction you’ll find even more markets and food options… There’s some really cool sky bars around too!If you’re landing at BKK, this is the spot!

Very clean room. Friendly and helpful staff who help book taxi to airport and provide good tips on local eateries. Always stay here when I have to catch early flight.

Hot shower. Good location for Dinner and Shopping. Good TV reception.

Everything suited me

Picked this hotel as we had an early morning flight from BKK, room was basic but clean and comfortable, perfect for a few hours sleep. You could walk to the Paso mall in 5mins for food, snacks and supplies. Staff where happy to book a taxi for transfer to airport

There was a bit of noise from nearby main road

This is a nice, clean 3-star hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport. It's a good value for the price. This was my second time staying there.

Nice hotel for a overnight stay close to airport, WiFi and aircon are good, the room spacious but a bit dated, the bed was to hard and the hotel is close to a street with a lot of traffic all night, close to 7 eleven, McDonald's and a big shopping mall everything in walking distance, Staff was friendly.

The location, the staff, the cleanliness and the sincerity of the staff.

Very friendly staff! I only stayed here one night to catch an early flight the next morning. I landed before check in and was able to drop off my bags before I checked in. Nice location. Had nice eating and massage spots near by. Would definitely book again. Room was spacious and clean. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. Definitely worth it for the one night!

Everything was super clean, big bed, very good aircon. The location is perfect if you have a flight the day after. I would definetly repeat.

Clean and basic room for night before catching a flight. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

They are doing road work and sounded like they were building next door and dumping boulders in a dumpster! Horrible night sleep unfortunately. Hopefully done soon

Spacious room. Staff were very helpful and the 24hr service was excellent.

Beds were a bit hard. There was a bad sewer smell on the property. Relatively clean room. The aircon was quite loud.
