Bandara Suites Silom, Bangkok

Location and size of room for price. Free Tuk Tuk ride to BTS, MRT transit, Silom Shopping Complex, and Liberty Park.

Could hear street sound through the windows on 21st floor.

Suite is great. Lots of space. Great location too.

Some of staff need more training on guest relations.

Location, friendly staff, family suite was comfort and large

There is a strange noise from the walls or something. Some kind of pump.Make sure you ask for a room without noise.

Great central locationBig rooms - good for workingwith additional study areas

The size of the 2 bedroom apartment and the location.

This hotel has two buildings one new and and one old. The apartments are in the old ones and in urgent need for renovation..

The 2-bedroom suite fits our family perfectly. I like the fast internet connection. The washing machine was helpful.

It is a bit far from BTS (about a km)

The room is comfy and quite big for family to stay. And the location is easy to access to BTS. There has a lot of street foods, restaurants and shopping mall near by surrounding area.

The check-in was smooth and the staff were super friendly. We stayed at One Bedroom Suite. The room was large and clean, with a really cozy bed and a big nice sofa set. They have fridge and some basic kitchen wear for cooking. It felt very relaxing. Will definitely comeback.

Construction work being done on my floor noisy very loud two days. I think I should be refunded two free days.

Construction work being done on my floor very loud could not be comfortable. I think I should be refunded two free days due to construction work.

We came on an early flight and they have a room available but they still charged us a half room rent for early check in before 3 hours, Also Rooms are different than what you see online on the pictures as it way out dated and just a basic furnishing

The rooms are very basic and facility is very normal nothing special....

Clean, comfy, well placed and staff were exceptional.

Location is conveniently close to BTS, parks, eateries. Close to Siam shopping area as well as Chinatown. Room service and staff are friendly and courteous, go out of their ways to help.

Our room was clean, comfortable, the temperature control was quick to cool, showers were strong and hot. Easy room access. Cabs always available.

big room, decent view, friendly staff

ac broke 3 times (had an engineer in my room a lot while trying to work). Didn't request a change of room but it should have been offered. Accidently spilled fanta on the bed duvet. Charged £66. No way does a duvet cover cost that much money.

I like that complimentary coffee was offered.

The room was outdated and not spotless.

Nice lobby. That was about it. Oh and there is a good sushi place next to it.

Very old and outdated. The tub was gross. Pictures make this place look much nicer than it is.

Really clean, great pool to cool off in at the end of the day. Close to both Metro and BTS stations

Nothing, good location and price !

We booked a one bedroom corner suite which was spacious and relatively comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Room staff were attentive and helpful.

We had a check in time approved via Booking.com of 2pm but a room wasn't available till 3;15 so we didn't actually get to our room till 3;30 which was disappointing after a long trip. The room was dated and not particularly clean. The property needs a good reno. We were allocated a lower floor unit so there was very little view even though the room type is advertised with a city view. We had next to no wifi in our room. I reported this to reception three times and each time was told it would be rectified but it never happened. Also a 10 minute walk to MRT. Hotel offers a free tuk tuk service for drop off when available but no pick up from MRT. All in all a disappointing stay.

A nice place for a nice location

Staff were the most disappointing part, rude unhelpful, sarcastic

Nice hotel in the city with the swimming pool and a view

The swimming pool was cold all the time, but clean
