Location is very central with direct acces to skytrain. Rooms quite old but well maintained. Nice refreshing swimming pool on the roof. Staff friendly and helpful.

Stret never stops and windows are not soundproof. Except to sleep in noise of street

When checking out, the staff did not let me stand and check the room, but then reported that my room slippers were missing. Also have to deposit 2000 baht until check out, very annoying. The staff's English speaking skills are not good.

The hotel is situated in a good location. There are plenty of resturants and entertainment within a short walk from the hotel. There are two BTS locations that are about the same distance from the hotel, Chong Nonsi and Sala Deng. The breakfast is ok. You can get made to order eggs. You order from your table, using the slip of paper.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

A lot. First of all, room is dirty and bad smell from bathroom. Secondly, I try to ask for invoice in booking message and they do not response at all, trying to ask at the counter and got answer that I need to ask through booking. Thirdly, the air conditioner is too cold when set at lower temperature, but when set at 24C, the room become humid and bad smell coming from aircon. Lastly, the bed is not comfortable, the blanket is thin, combo with cold aircon and it is totally suck.

Staffs were unattentive, little communication, and without smiles even made them seemed unwelcome. The air con was too humid and uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small, dark, and a bit moldy.

Excellent value for money, great location, room comfortable and clean...and amazing breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended.

The property is in a good location. Great breakfast bar the pool look nice although I didn’t have time to swim overall I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel in the future.

The only real problem I had was, they didn’t have enough keys to go around to me and my friend they would only give us one per room. I think they need to order more keys to give out to individuals. The other only problem I had was I couldn’t get into my door of my room shortly after we booked it because the keypad wasn’t working and they had to come up and hook a computer up to it which took some time to figure out other than that the state was good.

Really weird vibe at this hotel. As soon as you walk in you are demanded to put 2,000 baht cash for a deposit; cc not accepted for this. Staff is not efficiently trained for the amount of tourist business the hotel receives. Staff is at best perpetually confused. Breakfast was ok, except for the ham slices soaking in lukewarm water. On check out after a week there I couldn't locate the receipt for the 2,000 baht deposit, to which the solution apparently was the clerk wanting to keep the deposit, stating that I could come back later with the receipt and try to collect another 2,000 baht, essentially saying that I'm a liar and a thief. I suggested I sign another receipt and I guess that was ok to get the 2,000 baht back. I will never stay at this hotel again! Much better values for money in Bangkok

I like the house keeping and their service to us but there is some language barrier between the reception and us. Over all everything is good

Like the location as it’s near the main road and it’s easy for us the book the cap and take The BUS BTS service

Only one staff member on duty at reception makes checking in and out too lengthy.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean facilities. I love that the entrances are sheltered. The rooftop pool is nice and quiet.The normal room I was in had thin walls and the premium room my friend stayed in had problems with the door, laundry service, ants, and water temperature.7-11 and a 24/7 restaurant next to the hotel, skyline nearby, massage shops, bars, and street food around.It’s a good hotel with a great location, but difficult to resolve issues as we didn’t speak Thai.

I stayed for a month with the breakfast option. I cannot say enough positive comments about the staff, just greatly appreciate them as they made my stay extremely enjoyable. Thank You I Residence Silom!!! The bed was very comfortable. The AC was a Split Unit and was super quiet and cold. The pool was always clean and apparent that it was maintained daily. The breakfast well, the staff was more than pleasant and always willing to accommodate and this was how I started every morning ??❤️??. Security Guards was beyond funny and friendly. Front desk was gracefully welcoming as I entered the building every day ??❤️??.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and always enjoy my stay, location is good and everything is close by.

TV too hard to find channels. Called someone to fix but when I went out came back same issue. I have to watching TV from my own IPad

The staff at the front desk were soooo great!

There are not much eateries along this street. Although Mcdonalds is there and street food was there at a rare instance but most of the restaurants are very expensive
