Great staff friendly attentive and accomodating

Location and convenience to key areas in Bangkok is fabulous.

Workout room is poor with old equipment. The roof spas are old and worn The sink in the room's bathroom drained slowly. There was no clock in the room.

The room was very spacious with huge windows overlooking a great street view. The front desk staff Lina and Mook were great, very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a tad bit dinghy but overall acceptable. I think the hotel only cleans your room once every 3 days.

Spacious room. Very clean, strong airco and wifi.

The swimming pool is basically a large jacuzzi, and was not very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at FuramaXclusive. For the price, this hotel gives outstanding value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location near Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT made it super easy to get around Bangkok. The hotel felt safe, convenient, and well-managed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a great hotel in Bangkok without overspending, this is one of the best choices.

Nothing bad

Liked that I could connect my Firestick to the wondefully sized TV and watch my streaming services. Rooms were well finished, large, comfortable and well fitted out. Very impressed. Great bathroom.

An ice cream I wanted to buy from the fridge at reception was only available to staff!!! I had to choose again! However, in reality, this was not a deal-breaker! My second choice was almost as good!

Location. Short walking distance to MRT, BTS and Terminal 21.

Receptionist accused my friend of clogging up the toilet when he was the one who reported to them of the issue. Hotel is a little dated.

Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable at the price range (it is not a 5-star). Reception staff is helpful; Ms. Alina is fantastic in helping out guests!

There is no pool and it is in a busy area and lobby is very small.

It's not my first time in the hotel.The location is perfect for my needs. The rooms are nice and this time we had a bathtub ❤️, its a bit old fashion and can use a small renovation but I still love it.

The location is great. Very close and just a bit of walk to Sukhumvit train station so can pretty much get to other places quite easily. Rooms are well maintained despite being an older hotel. Staff are very nice and keeps the rooms very clean.

No microwaves in rooms but they had one at the reception.

This hotel is a great spot. Terrific location for MRT and BTS and Sukumvit in general. Clean with great staff. Reasonably priced.

The only set back is the small pool. Although the rooftop area is very pleasing and the gym is a nice private gym with sauna.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed.The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. I especially appreciated the warm welcome at check-in and the smooth process throughout my stay.

The furniture felt a bit dated, and the lighting could be brighter. While the facilities like the gym and pool are quite small, they’re still nice extras to have. Breakfast was okay, not a huge spread, but enough to get you started for the day.

The location was great, walking distance from asok bts station and 2 min walk from a 7/11

The check in was not welcoming, I specifically requested twin bed, we got a king size bed. After discussion with the hotel staff they moved us to a twin room. The room is old, bed not so comfortable compared to other cheaper hotels in bangkok, only one pillow, and only one towel per person, not even a small hand towel was provided. When asked for a toothbrush/ toothpaste I was declined saying the hotel doesn’t provide and I should go to the 7/11 next door. I have stayed in numerous hotels in Bangkok, chose this one as it seems nice, but I am very disappointed and will never returned. It is old, and doesn’t offer much apart from the location. Other cheaper hotels in the same areas offer a better service and amenities. But I have to say that the housekeeper was super nice and helpful as well as the check out staff.

Great location and top services! Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! All staff at the counter, especially Lina were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was too limited and wasn't well organized. One morning we came for breakfast at 08.15 and there was no egg (which is a basic dish for breakfast) despite the breakfast is served until 10.30am. I asked about it and got a speechless answer that they do not have egg anymore and had just placed an order, so egg is on the way. Hope they manage this better in the future.

Even though I came early for check in , the staff at the front desk was very happy to help me and give me a early check in free of charge. I really appreciate that.
